"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."

The rooms were very clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet, good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were especially welcoming, professional, and responsive, proactively recommending nearby attractions and restaurants – very thoughtful and attentive. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, including hot porridge and pastries. There's also a free self-service laundry room on the first floor, with washer-dryer-ironing facilities. The front desk even helps with laundry – the laundry service is truly excellent. Overall, it's a top choice for accommodation in Shigatse, offering exceptional value for money. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The hotel was renovated a long time ago, and the facilities are a bit dated. Most importantly, there's no oxygen. We were traveling down from Mount Everest, staying in oxygen-free hotels along the way, so we specifically booked this hotel for a taste of it. We slept very well and would definitely consider staying here again. The hotel has a strong ******* feel and is very formal, with international tour groups. The ruins of Zongshan Castle can be seen just outside the corridor window. The breakfast was also good, and there's a large screen. I took lots of photos of the hotel; see for yourself!"
