"I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows!
1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year.
2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night.
3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash.
4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!"

No. 1 of Premium Hotels in Shigatse"We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit.
Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary."

"At this price, I was initially worried that the room wouldn't match the photos, but it turned out to be exactly the same, or even more amazing. The amenities were also great; this hotel was fantastic. The toiletries were all disposable, and the front desk service was excellent. They offered free luggage storage and didn't rush me to collect my luggage, telling me not to worry and to come back after I finished sightseeing. I was so touched! Five stars wouldn't be enough for this hotel; I'd give it ten stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute walk to Tashilhunpo Monastery, and there's plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively upgrading my room and providing detailed information on nearby attractions. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!"

The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."
