"The room is fair for its price, but there are several downsides. The bathroom was old and dirty, which was disappointing. While the room itself was mostly okay because it was affordable, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in winter. The room was very cold, the air conditioner didn’t work well, and it was extremely noisy. I ended up turning it off just to avoid the noise, but that left the room freezing. The shower barely worked, making it impossible to take a proper shower. Additionally, I purchased an extra breakfast, but it wasn’t worth the money. If you stay at this hotel, I’d suggest having breakfast somewhere else."

"The newly opened hotel is fantastic! Everything is great. The room facilities are brand new. The hotel is very close to the Shengshi Wharf in Hetou Old Street, just a 5-minute walk away. There are also many delicious and affordable snacks nearby. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist. Without further ado, I upgraded your room. After the upgrade, she kindly mentioned that there might be a little construction noise, but it wouldn't affect your rest at night. The most thoughtful touch was the pillows on the bed—one very soft, and one a little firmer. It was a very considerate and pleasant surprise. I hope they maintain this level of thoughtfulness. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hetou Old Street."

It's also conveniently located to attractions like Hetou Old Street. The friendly and professional front desk staff not only provided thoughtful items like disposable razors and children's snacks, but also offered complimentary mineral water upon late-night check-in. Their thoughtful attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with every amenity available. Opened in 2019, the hotel boasts modern amenities, simple and stylish rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi, and soft, comfortable bedding (guests report ”slept very comfortably”). A self-service laundry service and 24-hour front desk address practical travel needs, while a multimedia conference room is also suitable for business travelers. The breakfast was extensive and exceeded expectations. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast featuring Chinese and Western dishes, along with a wide variety of coffee and desserts. Some guests commented that the breakfast was ”variety-rich and delicious,” making it the perfect way to start the day feeling refreshed. The hotel's overall cleanliness rating is high, and the rooms are meticulously cleaned daily. As a joint venture between Huazhu Group and AccorHotels, the hotel offers affordable prices starting at 161 RMB, paired with international chain quality, offering exceptional value for money. Warm Easter Egg Bonus: Seeing them proactively prepare cakes and longevity noodles for guests' birthdays, and the staff's swift response to emergencies like lost ID or illness, this ”treating guests like family” service philosophy makes me highly recommend it to my friends!"

"I came to Tangshan to take my kids to play during the May Day holiday. I was very satisfied with the Atour Hotel. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall service was very good. I will continue to stay here when I come to play next time. The location is also very good."

"My sister and I visited Tangshan and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Aegean, a recommendation from a friend. We drove there and parked for free in the underground parking lot. It was quite busy, and it took us a while to find a spot. The area is huge, so we initially had trouble locating the hotel. We called the front desk, and a very patient staff member guided us. We eventually found it and checked in on the third floor. Since we had a lot of luggage, a staff member kindly helped us with it, pressed the elevator, and even took it to our room. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of options, and the staff were all enthusiastic. We ordered takeout, and a robot delivered it to our room on the third floor, which was super convenient! Besides the robot delivery, there's also a free gym and laundry room on the seventh floor, making everything really easy. Overall, our stay was excellent, especially the front desk staff. They greeted us every time we entered and exited – truly outstanding! A definite five-star rating! 👍🏻"

It's a newly opened, self-service hotel, but the bedding already had an odor and wasn't very pleasant; it should be changed promptly. The bathroom is simply furnished. They never shied away from any issues that arose, always trying their best to offer a discount or a small gift to make my child happy.
