The HanTing hotel was seamless, extremely clean, well run, efficient, staff were fantastic. The room was large and the detail is well thought out with a minimalist feel. I would definitely stay here again. The bed is extra large and very comfortable and slept well. Good coffee, well maintained hotel with efficient staff. It is a great location when going to Hetou Old Street as the entrance is literally a few metres away. A definite must stay place. Thank you to the staff!

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The staff were memorable; the cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the girls on the front desk were so sweet. Despite our language difficulties they helped me so much to arrange a visit to the Eastern Qing Tombs, and to get a transfer later on to Beijing. The evening I arrived I asked if there was a shopping centre in the vicinity and one of the girls said she was about to finish her shift and took me there in her car! They were all so friendly and helpful. The only negative point I would mention is that the door to my room was not very secure: on leaving the room I found I could easily force it open without using the key! This needs to be looked at urgently. Overall though I was very happy with my all too short stay, and I will remember the lovely reception staff for a long time.

The room was very clean, and the soundproofing on the windows was excellent; even though it was right next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – definitely five-star quality for a four-star hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces, but the only downside was the lack of EV charging stations.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at this homestay. The place was clean and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The room and common areas were tidy, and all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay were provided. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Communication was clear and efficient, which made the experience stress-free. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attraction, shops, food options, and transportation. The environment was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a good rest. In summary, this homestay met my expectations and provided good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the beautifully furnished room and great facilities. The room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which made the stay very enjoyable. There was a slight smoke smell when I first entered the room, but after informing the staff, they quickly sent someone to freshen the space with deodorant. Although the smell wasn’t completely gone, I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help. One of the highlights of my stay was the delivery robot that brought my food delivery orders right to my room — a fun and convenient touch that really stood out. With a bit more attention to room freshness, this hotel has the potential to be even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

The hotel is great; although it's been operating for many years, it doesn't look old at all. The facilities are very complete, making it an excellent holiday hotel. We booked a lake-view room this time, offering views of the Ferris wheel, and the deer park downstairs where kids can play 'fishing for ducks'. It's very close to Hetou Old Street, about a 3-minute electric cart ride away, or even walkable. What I want to praise the most is the hot spring water park. The kids went wild on the water slides, while the elderly could relax in the nearby hot spring pools and then enjoy a steam bath – very comfortable! The overall service at the hotel is very good, and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the booking process is not very flexible; once booked, it cannot be canceled or modified. I wanted to upgrade the first night to a package including tickets to Old Street and the Dongzheng performance, but was told it wasn't possible. Even if upgraded, they wouldn't provide an extra child's ticket or allow me to purchase one. My initial attempt to coordinate with Ctrip was unsuccessful. Eventually, as I couldn't secure tickets for the May Day Dongzheng performance, I asked Ctrip customer service for help again. Thanks to my 'Black Diamond' status, Ctrip said they treated me as a VIP to get it sorted (I still love Ctrip in my heart). In the end, it wasn't an upgrade to the package; it was more like buying two tickets for 300 yuan, including two Dongzheng performance tickets, as the child ticket in the package wasn't utilized. Later, I stayed at Yanji Caotang, which directly gave us three extra Dongzheng performance tickets, making me prefer Caotang in comparison. If the hotel's booking department could have handled this situation flexibly earlier, this hotel would have been perfect for me. As it stands, my impression is that hotels in Hebei are generally inflexible; I've encountered similar situations in Xiong'an, Langfang, and Tangshan.

The hotel is about 3 km from the train station and 2 km from the Aegean Shopping Center, with supermarkets and malls within 500 meters. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the train station and a return trip to Hetou Old Street (departs at 5 PM, returns at 9:30 PM, Hetou Old Street is 15 km away). Guests receive a fruit platter and local specialty 'Qizi Shaobing' (a type of baked flatbread). The picture shows Hetou Old Street.

Staying at the Zeqian Hotel (Hetou Old Street Branch) is super convenient! After exploring Hetou Old Street, you can just walk back to the hotel while enjoying the night views and then relax. The room layout here is quite novel and spotless. I particularly loved the artistic design on the wall above the bed. The chairs were comfy, perfect for chatting or using your phone. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Since we had a child with us, they arranged a 2.4-meter extra-large bed. They even gave us a small gift when we left, which our child absolutely loved. The room was very comfortable and clean, and parking was super convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made wontons and noodles, as well as homemade soy milk and fried dough sticks that tasted very authentic. All in all, I highly recommend it!

It's a low price hote. The reason for it:l It's an old hotel with old interior. Doors of the closet were missing. Thought we have a nice view from 12th floor but through these absolut dirty windows we saw only grey. In the bathroom is mold in the shower. In the hotel are also rooms for companies beside the guests rooms. 6 o'clock in the morning there is noise and the people from the companies are smoking in the hallway. Then the smoke drifts through the door. Disgusting. One good thing: The ladys at the reception are super friendly. 这是一家低价酒店。原因如下： 这是一家老旧的酒店，内部装修也很陈旧。衣柜门都掉了。我们原本以为从12楼能看到不错的景色，但透过脏兮兮的窗户，看到的只有一片灰蒙蒙的。 浴室的淋浴间里有霉菌。 酒店除了客房外，还设有供公司使用的房间。早上6点，走廊里就传来噪音，公司员工在抽烟。然后烟雾飘进房间。真恶心。 唯一值得称赞的是：前台的女士们非常友好。
