GGuest UserThe hotel was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The staff were memorable; the cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the girls on the front desk were so sweet. Despite our language difficulties they helped me so much to arrange a visit to the Eastern Qing Tombs, and to get a transfer later on to Beijing. The evening I arrived I asked if there was a shopping centre in the vicinity and one of the girls said she was about to finish her shift and took me there in her car! They were all so friendly and helpful.
The only negative point I would mention is that the door to my room was not very secure: on leaving the room I found I could easily force it open without using the key! This needs to be looked at urgently. Overall though I was very happy with my all too short stay, and I will remember the lovely reception staff for a long time.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the beautifully furnished room and great facilities. The room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which made the stay very enjoyable.
There was a slight smoke smell when I first entered the room, but after informing the staff, they quickly sent someone to freshen the space with deodorant. Although the smell wasn’t completely gone, I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delivery robot that brought my food delivery orders right to my room — a fun and convenient touch that really stood out.
With a bit more attention to room freshness, this hotel has the potential to be even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

Basis: In the warm air mode, the temperature is set to 30 degrees Celsius, and the air is blown at high speed and automatic speed respectively. After two hours of operation, the room temperature is still 21 degrees Celsius; the low speed mode is turned on for one night, and it is still 21 degrees Celsius during the day, which is very cold. .

FFuzaotiantianI stayed at this hotel during my trip to Hetou Old Street, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Let me share my thoughts.
Upon arrival, I noticed a Peking duck restaurant next door and the hotel's own parking lot, framed by two beautiful magnolia trees. The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming, providing excellent service. Check-in was super fast, which was a huge relief after a long journey. What's more, she proactively offered me a choice of room orientation during check-in, which was a really thoughtful touch.
Stepping into the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The layout was very well-designed, making optimal use of the space, so it felt both spacious and comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and pleasant to the touch. All the in-room amenities were comprehensive; the TV and other equipment were not only all there but also worked perfectly. The bathroom design was very practical, with excellent separation between wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were of good quality and pleasant to use.
Moreover, the hotel's location is superb, being very close to the South Gate of Hetou Old Street, within walking distance. Getting to Tangshan Station was also very convenient.
My stay at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The next time I visit Hetou Old Street, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

FFeixiangdelalaThe room was very clean, and the soundproofing on the windows was excellent; even though it was right next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – definitely five-star quality for a four-star hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces, but the only downside was the lack of EV charging stations.

GGuest UserThe hotel is great; although it's been operating for many years, it doesn't look old at all. The facilities are very complete, making it an excellent holiday hotel.
We booked a lake-view room this time, offering views of the Ferris wheel, and the deer park downstairs where kids can play 'fishing for ducks'. It's very close to Hetou Old Street, about a 3-minute electric cart ride away, or even walkable.
What I want to praise the most is the hot spring water park. The kids went wild on the water slides, while the elderly could relax in the nearby hot spring pools and then enjoy a steam bath – very comfortable!
The overall service at the hotel is very good, and the staff are enthusiastic. However, the booking process is not very flexible; once booked, it cannot be canceled or modified. I wanted to upgrade the first night to a package including tickets to Old Street and the Dongzheng performance, but was told it wasn't possible. Even if upgraded, they wouldn't provide an extra child's ticket or allow me to purchase one. My initial attempt to coordinate with Ctrip was unsuccessful. Eventually, as I couldn't secure tickets for the May Day Dongzheng performance, I asked Ctrip customer service for help again. Thanks to my 'Black Diamond' status, Ctrip said they treated me as a VIP to get it sorted (I still love Ctrip in my heart). In the end, it wasn't an upgrade to the package; it was more like buying two tickets for 300 yuan, including two Dongzheng performance tickets, as the child ticket in the package wasn't utilized. Later, I stayed at Yanji Caotang, which directly gave us three extra Dongzheng performance tickets, making me prefer Caotang in comparison.
If the hotel's booking department could have handled this situation flexibly earlier, this hotel would have been perfect for me. As it stands, my impression is that hotels in Hebei are generally inflexible; I've encountered similar situations in Xiong'an, Langfang, and Tangshan.

This time I stayed at Tangshan Jianguo Puyin Hotel with my wife. The overall experience was impressive. It was a quiet ”urban seclusion” trip to find a moment of tranquility during the hustle and bustle of the journey.
The sanitation and environment of the hotel are a highlight. Stepping into the hotel, the new Chinese design style creates a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is designed with dry and wet separation, and the smart toilet is equipped to improve the comfort of use. Especially commendable is its sound insulation effect, even in the city center, you can enjoy a rare peace after closing the window.
In terms of service, the hotel's performance is equally excellent. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and the staff was warm and smiling. The hotel offers free parking.
In terms of facilities, the hotel cleverly integrates traditional elements with modern technology. The rooms are equipped with intelligent control systems throughout the house, which can easily control lights, curtains and TVs through voice, adding a sense of technology and fun to live in. The gym is fully equipped to meet the needs of daily exercise. In addition, the hotel is strategically located, close to the love sea, sun city and other business districts, and it is very convenient to go to Tangshan banquet, Nanhu and other attractions. It is an ideal place to explore the city.

GGuest UserDue to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up deciding to visit Tangshan during the Qingming Festival. After browsing hotels on Trip.com, the Manhattan caught my eye. However, given that it was a holiday, the price increase lowered its overall appeal for me. If it were typically 400-500 yuan a night, I would give it a five-star rating.
Let's talk about the positives. I booked through Trip.com and specified my preferences (hoping for a non-corner, quiet room). The online response was that they would see what they could do upon arrival. Ultimately, I was given a relatively quiet room on the 17th floor (out of what I think are 22 floors). It was a king-size bed room, and the overall environment was nice and clean. However, the air conditioning wasn't working, and coupled with the dry climate, after discussing it with staff, they provided an electric fan, which made the nights a bit more bearable. The breakfast was plentiful; if I had traveled during a non-holiday period, the breakfast score would be even higher. One male staff member left a particularly deep impression on me. He spoke softly, had a kind expression, handled things calmly, and was very keen to introduce the hotel's features. It's a shame I don't remember his name…

Conveniently, the hotel's back exit leads directly to Nanhu Park, which boasts scenery comparable to Hangzhou's West Lake. The swimming pool water temperature is just right, and the hygiene is excellent. A special shout-out to the hotel's service! I accidentally left my watch in my bathrobe, and the hotel actively helped me locate it and even mailed it back to me. This left a truly profound impression of Tangshan. I will definitely stay here again!
