Room is huge but it was cooled using a standing air conditioner which is not very effective in the summer heat. Public areas, specifically the lifts are dirty with cigarette butts on the floor. General cleaning needs to be improved upon . It's a huge hotel with many rooms and guests but the breakfast area is too small and food served too slowly. Pity the under-staffed dining area. The one big positive is the location, right in the heart of the main commercial area."
