GGuest UserFirst off, the service was almost *too* good! Before we even arrived at Mount Hua, the owner proactively called to ask about our high-speed train schedule so they could pick us up. They were also very accommodating and flexible with our timings for picking us up to go to Mount Hua, back to the guesthouse, and then to the high-speed train station.
Next, the food. For convenience, we had breakfast at the guesthouse for two days, and it was quite a revelation for us Southerners! The steamed buns with cold dishes were delicious. On the second day, we even ordered the preserved eggs with chili that we'd been craving all day – absolutely fantastic! We also had dinner there once, and it was delicious, delicious, delicious.
Finally, the room. The room was exactly as described. We originally planned to book a mountain-view room, but our itinerary changed so we didn't end up staying in one. However, our room was still very good and offered mountain views. Plus, we went up to the rooftop in the evening to watch the sunset and again in the morning for some fresh air, which was really pleasant. Oh, and the king-size bed felt like it could sleep four people, haha!
Overall, our stay here was really excellent. Great people, great rooms, great views. I feel like if I ever have the chance to come back, I'd bring my family and stay for a month to truly experience the relaxing mountain life.

SSalty TearsIt was top notch, even tho the staff knew little bit of English but were in China so that’s not important, they did an amazing work to getting me checked in to showing me a map of where to go on the Mount Hua for the fastest route and the fastest back to catch my train later. They even offered to take me to the train station!

Cleanliness: Very clean, excellent.
Environment: The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, and the dryer worked great. It's newly renovated, very nice.
Service: The front desk staff were very gentle and even helped find a parking spot, which was super helpful for those driving.

IidleadelStaff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice and comes with a big screen. Breakfast choices are limited but adequate. There are free transport services to and fro huashanbei train station and also to and fro huashan attraction that is really helpful for foreigners. You can call the hotel via trip.com free Internet call to arrange for transport. The staff also helped us buy the cable car and bus tickets to huashan and gave us free gloves. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious (I really loved the 2 dishes I posted). We are also very honoured to be invited to a pre-release sunset photo taking experience at their rooftop with a very huge glass panel that you can stand/sit on to take instagram worthy photos. I believe the free photo shoot will likely be available soon for hotel guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel.

00bannuo0This hotel is the perfect choice for visiting Mount Hua! The location is superb, right near the visitor center, and they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and the scenic area, which makes getting around so easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart home system along with the underfloor heating made it very comfortable. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive. They also provide free parking, laundry, and a gym, making the amenities quite comprehensive. Overall, it's great value for money. Staying here for a Mount Hua climb truly enhances the experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Hua!

The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and scenic area, which is a huge plus. The driver was very friendly and proactively helped us with our luggage. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, with smart features and a good environment. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Huashan!

ZZhongguorenThis is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it.
I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time.
One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

BBaohefengbaoThis hotel is located in the county seat, with an excellent location, convenient amenities nearby, and complete facilities. It seems to be the oldest large hotel in the county. While the exterior looks a bit dated, once inside, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, environment, and facilities. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's sleep. The welcome fruit and handwritten card were a thoughtful touch. The smart toilet was also very convenient, and the bathroom had a disinfected smell.
What I was most satisfied with, however, were the gym and the Western restaurant.
The gym facilities are very comprehensive and clearly recently updated. Aside from not having extremely heavy free weights, most common cardio and strength machines are available.
The breakfast offers incredible value for money. The Western restaurant has a great ambiance, and many window seats offer fantastic views. The last photo was taken from the restaurant, showcasing the view of Mount Hua outside the window during my meal. The breakfast selection is very diverse, and the ingredients are quite fresh. There's even a fresh-ground coffee machine. The staff were also very enthusiastic, attentive, and polite. I'd love to stay here again next time I climb Mount Hua!

Hotel is 100 metres from soldier path up HuaShan, walk to fascinating Jade Spring Buddhist Temple (free) at base.
Interesting visit to contrasting Buddhist temple near Hua Shan north (bei) station ( free for 48h with Hua Shan scenic area ticket. Recommend visit both temples(visitors & donations welcome), relaxing & calm.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! ✨
