Perfect
GGuest UserA fantastic find for anyone visiting Huashan. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by personally picking us up and dropping us off at the tourist centre, such a convenient and welcoming touch that made the whole experience seamless from the moment we arrived.
The room itself was very new and spotlessly clean, with a great view that made coming back after a long day on the mountain all the more rewarding.
Breakfast isn’t included in the room rate, but the pricing is very reasonable and we also stayed for dinner, which was well worth it. Good food, no need to venture far after an exhausting day of hiking.
All in all, a highly recommended stay. Great host, great room, great value. Exactly what you want as a base for Huashan.
GGuest UserThey offer shuttle services to and from the station, and also to the tourist center. The room is spacious, the environment is great, and the facilities are good. There's even a rooftop where you can watch the sunrise. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Seriously, just look at the room rates – it's really great value for money!
GGuest UserThe price was very affordable, the room facilities were very new, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view. The owner's service was also excellent. The shuttle bus was right at the station, and the owner personally picked us up and dropped us off at Huashan. The bus was also waiting immediately after we descended the mountain. The whole process was incredibly smooth. The service attitude and room facilities were both very good, and the price was reasonable. On the way back, I accidentally left my power bank in the bus, and the owner neatly packed it up and mailed it back to me. A very good experience! I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone climbing Huashan; it's great value for money.
Facilities: Very new
Cleanliness: Very clean and shiny
Environment: I really like the quiet environment. The hotel was very quiet and didn't disturb my sleep; I slept very soundly.
Service: The owner's service attitude was excellent.
Free shuttle service: Smooth and seamless throughout; the driver waited for us, not the other way around.
Mountain climbing gift box: A great help on the mountain.
GGuest UserThe best hotel I stayed in China during this trip (and I stayed in 6 hotels, so I can vouch for this one). Impeccably clean, with a smart and kind worker Jing Lei, who gave us useful tips about the mountain, and was overall extremely helpful. We wish that in every town we met a guy like this. My warm greetings and best recommendations.
4 free transfers included in the booking - super handy! For 1-2 day trip to Huashan it's a great deal.
There is a kitchen in the hotel, so before and after hiking you can have a big meal. I recommend scrambled eggs with tomatoes for breakfast.
GGuest UserA big Thank You to the host (the husband, wife and son) for their hospitality and service provided during our stay. They offered to pick us to/fro the train stations and 华山旅游中心. We arrived Mingsu earlier than the check in time, the host was very kind and offered us a room to rest while our assigned room was not yet ready. She has also assisted us to get the tickets for the cable cars up and down 华山. We enjoyed our stay very much, our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with good view of the mountain. Also, the food prepared by the host is delicious and yummy, we will miss it !
It is highly recommended to stay at Jinglanshan Homestay if you come to 华山.
RRΛCHΛTΛI stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious.
The location is a bit far from the city center, but it’s close to the Huashan scenic area, making it perfect if you plan to visit the mountain. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful environment, this accommodation is an excellent choice.
The place feels homely and welcoming. They provide free shuttle services to the Huashan ticket office and the train station, which is very convenient. The common area on the first floor is also very relaxing.
Tip: Call the accommodation in advance to arrange a pick-up from the train station. Didi taxi drivers at the station tried to overcharge me, so the free shuttle is a much better option.
There is also a small strip mall near the Huashan ticket office with more shops and restaurants if you need anything.
GGuest UserThe Best Hotel Experience in China!
I have traveled to many places, but this hotel was by far the best I’ve stayed at in China! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I was truly, truly surprised. Their level of hospitality is exceptional—they go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels special.
The rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is amazing, and everything is perfectly maintained. The service is simply outstanding, always attentive and professional, yet incredibly friendly.
The hotel’s location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the city.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to China. I will definitely be coming back!
AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent. The aunt was also very nice. After checking in, she explained the route to Mount Huashan. She also told us that we could tell her in advance before going down the mountain so that she could help turn on the air conditioning in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was a good sleep for those who are used to it. The toilet was a little small. Other services were very good.
GGuest UserRoom is spacious and reasonably clean. Bed is comfortable. A family operation, is literally 3-5 mins walk from the Tourist Service Area, where one can purchase the entry ticket and is the entry point to ascend the north peak (including to reach the north peak cable car). If you prefer to hike all the way up instead of cable up, the start of walking trail is slightly more than 30mins walk away but seems like there is a free shuttle bus that would transfer people between this Tourist Service Area and the start of the walk trail. If you come by ”normal” train, you are about 10mins drive away. The husband of the hotel provides a one time service to either pick up or drop off to the train station. I suggest to use it for the latter as you would have hoards of cabbies trying to bring you from station. Currently the area where is the hotel is partially obscured by a major road expansion but don't let the cabby coax you to cancel this booking and move to their recommended hotels in the more touristic ”village centre”. On paper it sounds great but I find most eateries there sell the same choice of food and goods. For food, the wife of the hotel also operates a eatery on the ground floor of the hotel which I find tasty and reasonably priced. Note that this is budget hotel of simple fittings but I personally find of good value for money for a couple of nights after a long day up in the mountain. (I believe parking might be free there too but do check with owner to confirm).
GGuest UserThe inn is very close to the Huashan hiking trailhead. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of food nearby. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the sleep is comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and will help us answer any questions we have. I wish the boss a prosperous business
