"The Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience. The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!"

"First and foremost, this was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang! Barely any other! Environment: Right on the edge of Swan Lake, you can see the fountain light show at night. It's in its own building, clean and bright, with its own parking spot—absolutely amazing! Service: Absolutely amazing! The laundry room had a dedicated person to help with washing, drying, and bagging. For breakfast, a lady cooked delicious noodles. I asked for a small bowl, and she lovingly said, ”A small bowl of noodles.” The lobby also had makeup remover wipes, sanitary napkins, honey, and other items available for self-service—a truly thoughtful and pleasant surprise! Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless, spotless, and excellent. Facilities: The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge TV. "This is a unique log cabin hotel in the Kurdenin Scenic Area. Remember to call and provide your license plate number when booking, or you won't be able to enter the scenic area and need to buy a ticket. There's parking at the entrance, but you need to call the front desk to get in and ride the hotel's electric cart across a stream. The hotel facilities are quite good, with a cafe in the lobby. The owner has a chubby Shiba Inu and provides photo props for checking in. Wooden paths connect the cabins in the campground. Staff will transport luggage by tricycle, but access is by foot. There's a restaurant in the middle of the campground, offering a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including glutinous rice chicken and steamed buns. I suspect the chef is from southern China. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the restaurant. A wooden trestle bridge connects the two sides of the gorge for pedestrians, and you can climb to the observation deck for a breathtaking view. The room facilities are relatively complete, but there is no refrigerator. There is also a humidifier, bathtub and shower in the room. Each cabin has an open-air balcony where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. There are electric double bed curtains and a projection screen TV. It is very comfortable to watch a movie in bed at night. Most of the hotel staff are locals and very enthusiastic. When we arrived at the dinner restaurant in the evening, it was closed and only barbecue and baked noodles were available. We asked casually that the staff were eating watermelon and they immediately cut a plate for us."
