GGuest UserI visited just before the May Day holiday. The guesthouse's location is excellent, with a view of the Nalati scenic area right across the river. The owner confirmed our arrival time and dining preferences in advance. Even though we arrived close to 1 AM, they still had the chef wait to prepare a warm meal for us. The guesthouse has many small animals; in the morning, if you open the curtains, you might spot a cat named Xiao Jiu on the balcony, and opening the door could lead you to a big, fluffy rabbit, as well as a dog named Da Xiong. When there are more guests, the guesthouse also hosts bonfires. The multi-talented owner transforms into a resident singer, inviting guests to sing and dance along, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The owner even gave us a souvenir when we left. By the way, Nalati is incredibly beautiful, and I'll definitely come back! And when I do, I'll stay at Luxury Retreat Guesthouse again!

LLordtinaWe stayed here while backpacking, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, the scenic centre isn’t too far. You can walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll The hotel has a washing machine, which was a huge plus for travellers like us.
But what made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the hotel owner, Mr. Liang Yue Yang. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering us a ride to the scenic area, helping us buy bus tickets, to making sure we had everything we needed—his warmth and generosity touched our hearts. He even offered to send us to the bus station on our departure day.
The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Just a short walk away, there’s a peaceful river that’s perfect for a quiet picnic.
As Muslim travellers, we were also relieved to find halal food easily available nearby.
This place may be small, but the hospitality we received was big in every way. We’re so grateful we chose to stay here.

GGuest UserAfter a long drive, we arrived, and the friendly young man at the front desk was very efficient. He let us check the room to make sure it was suitable before officially checking us in. Since there weren't many guests that day, we got a room with a direct view of the mountains and little lambs outside the window. The white lamb is named 'No Worries' and the black lamb is named 'Always Hungry'! The young man then brought us some delicious fresh fruit. The room was spacious and bright. My mom said it was the first time she'd slept so well on this trip, probably because she was on the upper floor and it was very quiet around. In the evening, we could even see a beautiful sunset. The front desk attendant is truly a jack-of-all-trades – he streams live, helps us with any issues, and even makes coffee in the morning! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly friendly, answering all our questions super quickly and always with a warm smile.

Free pick-up and drop-off to the scenic spot, thank you very much 😊, the second floor of the homestay can also be used for cooling off, overlooking the alpine meadows, the geographical location is excellent. I will definitely come again next time or recommend it to relatives and friends.

GGuest UserIn terms of views, I don't think I've seen anything more beautiful than Narat. The main attractions are mountains and water, and there are no obstructions. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in terms of natural scenery during my trip to Xinjiang. The guesthouse facilities are quite good, but after all, guesthouses offer natural views and can't provide the luxury of a star-rated hotel! Their advantage is that they occupy the closest spot to the lake, where the sunset views of Narat are absolutely breathtaking. The experience was fantastic! I spent two wonderful days here. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and they even provided Xinjiang books, which was a thoughtful touch. It felt warmer than a hotel, and the view was unbeatable.

GGuest UserTaking advantage of the holiday, I drove to Yili to see the apricot blossoms. In the spare time, I went to Nalati to relax. The flowers in early spring are blooming beautifully. The hotel is open to welcome guests. We were the first to arrive. People who knew each other and didn't know each other had a barbecue and chatted together. The boss was also very enthusiastic and sent us some side dishes and some beer 🍺. The handsome boss was very enthusiastic. Next time I have time, I will experience Nalati in autumn again

The bed is clean and tidy, the sheets are white and flat, the quilt is neatly folded, and the pillows are soft and moderate. Lying on it feels like being surrounded by clouds, super comfortable!
The floor is sparkling clean, with no dust or debris, making it easy to walk around. The bathroom is also dry, with no water stains or musty smell, and the toiletries are placed in an orderly manner, making it super convenient to use!
And oh, those little details, like the curtains and tablecloths are all clean and free of stains and wrinkles, which really makes people feel super comfortable! I will come to this B&B again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room, and it was amazingly spacious! The room was huge with a very sensible layout. We could sit by the window and enjoy views of the expansive grasslands and the sunset – truly beautiful scenery right from our room. The hotel environment was excellent and very quiet, and the bed was neither too soft nor too hard, ensuring a super high-quality sleep.
The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options, including fried rice, bread, jams, hot noodles, rice noodles, local savory milk tea, milk, and even milk skin! The breakfast truly exceeded our expectations, and we could enjoy it while sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out at the distant grasslands and snow-capped mountains. We were traveling with our elders, and everyone in our group found the food very satisfying.
The hotel amenities were comprehensive. The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and afternoon tea spot made it very convenient to buy food and other necessities, allowing us to enjoy a complete vacation without even leaving the hotel. It’s perfect for family vacations with children or elderly relatives.
This place truly has warmth and sincerity. Every hotel staff member we interacted with was pleasant, and all our requests were met without hesitation. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI had such a wonderful stay here and truly want to thank all of the staff for making my trip so special.
First of all, the hospitality was beyond amazing. As a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese at all, I was honestly a little nervous at first. However, every staff member tried their best to help and welcome me warmly, which touched me deeply. I would especially like to thank a staff member named Yi. She was the only person who could communicate with me fluently in English, and she helped me with absolutely everything during my stay. Because of her kindness, I never once felt uncomfortable or isolated here despite the language barrier. I would honestly give her 10000/100!
The accommodation itself was also excellent. The room was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed me to rest perfectly every night.
Another thing I loved was the variety of activities offered here. Everything was amazing , horseback riding, delicious hot pot meals, and even professional photography sessions. It was my first time riding a horse, so I felt a little nervous at the beginning, but the staff took such good care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience.
Most importantly, I was deeply impressed by the culture here. It felt so warm and heartfelt. I truly love your culture. At night, there was a campfire gathering where local staff sang songs and danced together. It was such a joyful and unforgettable experience for me.
In conclusion, if I ever visit Xinjiang again, I will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so much to every staff member for your hard work and kindness. You made me genuinely happy throughout my entire stay.
