GGuest UserThe experience at LuxStay B&B was absolutely fantastic! The overall decor is elegant and chic, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding. The bathroom was clean and fresh, and all the amenities like the AC, hot water, and WiFi worked perfectly – they really paid attention to the details. The small courtyard was serene and peaceful, a truly quiet and healing escape from the hustle and bustle. The host was warm, thoughtful, and provided excellent service, always quick to respond to any needs. The location is super convenient for getting around, and it offers incredible value for money. It’s perfect for a vacation or just a relaxing break; the quality is top-notch, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

LLordtinaWe stayed here while backpacking, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. The location is perfect, the scenic centre isn’t too far. You can walk there if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll The hotel has a washing machine, which was a huge plus for travellers like us.
But what made this stay unforgettable was the kindness of the hotel owner, Mr. Liang Yue Yang. Despite the language barrier, he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering us a ride to the scenic area, helping us buy bus tickets, to making sure we had everything we needed—his warmth and generosity touched our hearts. He even offered to send us to the bus station on our departure day.
The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the view from the hotel is breathtaking. Just a short walk away, there’s a peaceful river that’s perfect for a quiet picnic.
As Muslim travellers, we were also relieved to find halal food easily available nearby.
This place may be small, but the hospitality we received was big in every way. We’re so grateful we chose to stay here.

GGuest UserThe setting: Facing the river valley grassland, the courtyard features a pavilion, a swing, and small flowers and grass, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
Amenities: Smart home control throughout, with meticulous attention to detail. The linens are high quality, and the toiletries and paper towels reflect the hotel's meticulous attention to detail.
Welcome Fruit: Each room received a large plate of watermelon and cantaloupe. Sweet!
Coffee: Freshly ground beans, medium-dark roast.
Service: The front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming, always attentive and proactive. The goodnight milk was especially sweet, with a creamy texture.
Dining: The chef is excellent! The picture shows a single breakfast, all prepared fresh by the chef in the morning. We ordered hot pot for dinner, and the ingredients were excellent.
This is a truly wonderful B&B, with each of its 12 rooms having its own distinct character. I hope more travelers will experience it.

GGuest UserThe lady boss was friendly and helped us with the checking in when we arrived.
The room is clean, bed mattress is firm, with the bathroom and the toilet cubicles separated. Breakfast was porridge and several stir-fried vegetable dishes.
Location is good as the homestay is about 15 minutes walk to the entrance of the Nalati scenic site. There are lots of restaurants and provision stores around our Homestay.
On the day of check out, we wanted to leave early. We informed the lady boss but as it was raining, she quickly made breakfast for us, arranged for a local taxi/van to send us to the bus station (about 2km away) and called the bus driver to reserve two seats for us in advance.
A good place to base yourself if you are visiting this place.

The hotel's decor is exactly my style—simple yet stylish. The windows offer direct views of the snow-capped mountains, and the overall atmosphere is clean, refreshing, and incredibly comfortable.
The service was also outstanding. A staff member proactively helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance—very helpful. Especially the receptionist, Xiao Mei, was incredibly gentle, warm, and attentive. Our itinerary that day was quite relaxed, so we mentioned wanting to check out a little later. Xiao Mei kindly helped us coordinate and secured a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful and convenient. Thank you so much!
Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The environment and service were excellent. If you're visiting Nalati, this is definitely a great choice—you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Free pick-up and drop-off to the scenic spot, thank you very much 😊, the second floor of the homestay can also be used for cooling off, overlooking the alpine meadows, the geographical location is excellent. I will definitely come again next time or recommend it to relatives and friends.

NNurdedanj AgustinaOh I need to say this. Not only this hotel is amazing, the people are very welcoming. This is the best hotel that we stayed during our trip to Xinjiang. The room is absolutely clean and beautiful. You will have stunning view through your window room. We really sad to leave the hotel and also the people because we not only treated as guest but as a family. Don’t worry about the distance to Nalati Scenic Area, they will bring you to the Nalati anytime you want. If you don’t have a time to go to Nalati, don’t worry, the scenic around the hotel is extension of Nalati itself. You will never get disappointed. Definitely, will be back again. GGuest UserTaking advantage of the holiday, I drove to Yili to see the apricot blossoms. In the spare time, I went to Nalati to relax. The flowers in early spring are blooming beautifully. The hotel is open to welcome guests. We were the first to arrive. People who knew each other and didn't know each other had a barbecue and chatted together. The boss was also very enthusiastic and sent us some side dishes and some beer 🍺. The handsome boss was very enthusiastic. Next time I have time, I will experience Nalati in autumn again

GGuest UserI would like to express my sincere thank you to the gentleman, an owner of this hotel who treated me with great help, hospitality, and service mind. He gave me a set of welcome snacks when I arrived, dropped, and picked up me after my finishing of Nalati sightseeing as well as taking me to the bus station for Xinyuan on the next day. What's the most impressive to me is that we waited for me to have breakfast before visiting Nalati.
Of course, the room is very clean, fully equipped, and has a good location, just about 1 km away from the bus station and before the Nalati scenic area.
I have no doubt his service mind, to highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for accommodation in Nalati with a very good price and great service from him.

GGuest UserStaying at the Nalati Meet the Stars Wild Luxury Camp was absolutely worth it! Xiao Chen, the butler who contacted us beforehand, was incredibly thoughtful. He clearly explained all the activities available at the camp via WeChat, and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. When we asked for an extra blanket, and there weren't any spare due to full occupancy, the manager actually went out and bought new ones – that's incredible efficiency!
We got caught in the rain returning from the scenic area in the afternoon, and Xiao Chen immediately brought us an umbrella, and even arranged afternoon tea and a mini hot pot for us. Although we were a bit disappointed we couldn't have a bonfire, waking up to the sight of snow-capped mountains the next day was breathtaking! After breakfast, the butler even arranged for a photographer to take pictures, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. He also helped us with our luggage when we left.
While the rain did slightly affect our experience, the service was truly exceptional, and our stay was incredibly comfortable.
