"The check in system was such a mess, we booked four rooms individually, but when I checked in, I got a room which had already checked in by my sister. I asked the front office to double check by using my name, but they insisted that they could NOT find my booking under my name. They only identified the booking by checking the booking confirmation number rather than by checking against the spelling of one's full name printed on the ID. The problem was solved in the end after I showed them my sister's room confirmation number, see how it ******, but I was not satifised with such a serious mistake that IHG group could encounter. Quite disappointed although the front office manager did apologize to me afterwards and gave the complimentary breakfast. The room key card could not been placed together with my mobile phone, it was quite wired. I always travel to Beijing and other places, and it was the first time that the room key turned invalid when it stayed close to a mobile phone! Interesting experience!"

"The Changjiang Holiday Inn Express I chose this time truly impressed me right from check-in. It's more than just a room; it's a cozy haven for any traveler! The reality far exceeded my expectations, with every single detail radiating a homely warmth and sophistication. The facilities are comprehensive, and the spotlessly clean environment was incredibly reassuring. They even have a dedicated work area and their own parking. Nights were wonderfully quiet, and I slept like a baby; those pillows felt magical, ensuring I slept soundly straight through till morning. Linlin at the front desk was super nice – she promptly resolved any questions I had, always with a warm and attentive demeanor. This will definitely be my top pick for my next trip!"

"I traveled solo to Yichang and was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were extremely courteous, assisting me in finding a meal before bedtime and showing me to my room. 小王 was particularly helpful, offering extensive travel recommendations for her city. The hotel is new, with excellent and spotless facilities. The bed was cozy, and I received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, offering a magnificent view of the Yangtze. A complimentary fruit platter was waiting for me as well. The location is superb, ideal for strolls along the river, and within walking distance of major shopping malls and parks. I will stay here again if I return to Yichang."

"The location of the hotel is good, its near to three gorges visitor centre, which make it convenient for us to report for tour. During my stay of 3 nights, it happened to be the servicing period for the air-condition system. Hence we stayed without any air-condition. There is no laundry auntie to attend to the machines in laundry room, however the reception staff helped when we need assistance. The staff are friendly and helpful, just that facilities is not that great and the hotel look a little aged."

"Because I stayed here to listen to Li Zongsheng's concert, it's near the Yichang Olympic Sports Center Stadium, a quarter of an hour's walk. The room is very clean and beautiful, with electric switch curtains and Bluetooth speakers. The indoor and outdoor environment is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The service is also very meticulous and considerate, especially a front desk gentleman named Dong, who helped to carry the heavy luggage all the way to the room, and also enthusiastically recommended local delicacies: Xiaoyutian Feiyu, Weixiao Restaurant, and snack streets such as Taozhu Road, Fusui Road, and CBD. The experience is perfect. If I have the opportunity to visit Yichang, I will choose here again"

"This hotel is good and centrally located, and the counter staff are helpful.  However, our experience was spoilt by several guests smoking profusely in the small enclosed hotel reception.  The cigarette smoke would also seep into the guest rooms especially those just next to the counter.  There should be constant reminders eg a big sign to remind guests that smoking is not allowed in enclosed space."

"I took the elderly to Yichang to take a boat trip to the Three Gorges, so I chose to stay at the Westin Hotel. Carry was very enthusiastic to help us check in. When I booked the hotel, I read the comments and said that because the hotel was newly opened, the breakfast was not very rich, so I set up no breakfast room. The hotel gave 2 people. The breakfast buffet is very grateful to Carry! The enthusiasm of each staff member of the hotel has also left a deep impression on the elderly, and I hope I can stay at the hotel again next time!    Let's talk about breakfast. Because the original breakfast floor is not ready for perfection, the breakfast meal was changed to the executive lounge on the 51st floor of the hotel. The invincible river view and rich breakfast are really a perfect mood to start the day!   The guest service manager Carry service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel is very close to the East Station Airport, I hope to see you next time!"
