GGuest UserLocation is very close to the Railway Station . It helps with hotel's free car service pickup and drop off from/to the railway station. To get to YiChang visitor centre for bus and boat scenic tours and walk along the river , its about 20 minutes taxi ride ( yuan 20-30 depending on traffic). Hotel will help to hail a taxi. Very helpful hotel staff members who helped us to confirm our boat cruise meeting location. Appreciate hotel for packing take-out breakfast on our boat cruise day as we had to leave early to get to cruise meeting place. We want to thank the hotel driver who dropped us off to the Railway Station before their normal 8:30am car service. Very helpful in giving info that train boarding steady are on 2 floors.

WWorapong 阿鹏No doubt, superb location, just minutes to Yichang Airport. What make 桃花岭 different are service minded staff, cleanliness, amentities (washing machines and dryers) and relaxing environment. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I am about to take off from Yichang Airport and will book for one more night to enjoy its facilities and atmosphere.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options. What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThis riverside hotel was a fantastic find for my May Day holiday! The location is superb, and the river view from the window is absolutely stunning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and hassle-free. All the staff were incredibly thoughtful and thorough. The room facilities were new and well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. The self-service laundry room had plenty of machines. It was a cozy and comfortable stay, an excellent choice for a trip!

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

GGuest UserThe Westin Yichang boasts an excellent location, right in front of Binjiang Park, overlooking the majestic Yangtze River where massive cruise ships slowly pass by on their way to and from the Three Gorges. Across the river, the rolling mountains are often shrouded in mist, resembling a magnificent traditional Chinese ink painting. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and relatively new, and the rooms are decorated in a warm and stylish manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is of excellent quality. The hotel's breakfast restaurant on the second floor also offers fantastic views. The variety of food is rich, and the spicy oil dumplings are a delicious must-try. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and proactive; there are always service personnel warmly helping with luggage when getting in and out of vehicles. The front desk staff are highly professional and efficient in their service.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel boasts a simple yet elegant design, with clean and well-maintained public areas, showcasing attention to detail. The room was spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bathroom featured a dry/wet separation and was well-stocked with amenities. Staff member 6014 was particularly warm and courteous, making the check-in process efficient and quick, and always responsive to my needs. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping. It's incredibly good value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserGreat location to catch local busses-which go everywhere. (Bus station platforms have a cash machine with dedicated turnstile to enter- look for it.) Easy/quick walking distance to stores/fruit vendors, even late. Reasonable walk to Yiling Square. (FANTASTIC restaurant up the street, taking a RIGHT exiting the hotel, walk up maybe 75 meters and it is across the street- modern design, bright lighting, excellent food, fun/awesome staff. Stores located in same direction); Very nice desk old lady, messages returned in reasonable time. Site has no English markings. Room appears to have been smoked in- scent of it, yellowing of all things- needs full cleaning and paint job. Bed otherwise comfortable. Bathroom adequate. Functional and affordable for solo male backpacker. Accessible to 3 Gorges Dam by going to the Tourist Center bus station, next to EAST HSR station. Local busses very useful, efficient, and cheap. I was able to get to the 3 Gorges Dam Tourist Center and return entirely by AMap Global app (essential in China) and busses, for less than $10USD.
