GGuest UserPros: The hotel offers a pick-up service from East Railway Station, which is excellent. The driver was very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. A big thumbs up! 👍! The hotel's warm stomach porridge was excellent. Cons: The air conditioning had issues with the switch, making a noise from time to time. The shower didn't drain properly, causing water to flow into the room. There was also an unpleasant odor in the toilet area...

GGuest UserThe room is bigger than my expectation. It is very clean and does not smell of cigarette. I especially like the hot shower. Strong and hot. Everything from bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper cups are all wrapped up with plastic bag. I arrived late and was glad there was a restaurant on the ground floor that is still operating. The food is delicious. Especially the soup. Location wise even though is within walking distance to the HSR, I would recommend that to flag down a taxi because there is a lot of walking and with a heavy luggage it is quite challenging carrying the luggage up the stairs. There's plenty of taxi. I managed to get a taxi at 8am. Opposite the hotel at night there are lots of hawker food. Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe environment is good and the accommodation is pretty good. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the aunt cleans the room in a timely manner. It is highly recommended. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very considerate, and overall everything is good. Very comfortable stay😌

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.

AAnonymous UserThis was my first stay at a Westin hotel under the Marriott umbrella in Yichang, and I absolutely loved it! The room was spotless and smelled fresh, making for a very pleasant check-in experience. The Westin Heavenly Bed lived up to its reputation – it was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the greenway right outside the lobby, perfect for a walk or some exercise. I truly felt well-rested here. A special shout-out to Niki at the front desk for her warm and patient service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yichang!

PPat and MatVery large corner panoramic river view room (1915). Excellent hospitality by the staff. Breakfast well varied and we had dinner in the cloud restaurant on the 15th floor as well very reasonable prices. If you go out the front entrance and turn left on the side street there is a nice little bakery on the left. The river walk is steps away across the street.

GGuest UserService of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When I made my reservation, I'd requested a room with good ventilation, and she kindly switched us to one with an outward-facing window. The hotel is newly renovated, and the entire property was quite clean. The only drawback was that the room next door started some floor repairs around 7 AM the following morning. The noise was incredibly loud and woke me up multiple times. I contacted Ctrip's customer service, and they were very proactive in helping to resolve the issue. Overall, I was quite satisfied, mainly due to the excellent service. The hotel was also easy to locate, with clear signage right from the high-speed rail station exit. Getting around was convenient, and taxis were readily available, though it's a bit far from the city center.
