GGuest UserThe room was comfortable, clean, and hygienic. They even offered a shuttle service to the East Railway Station, which was very thoughtful. The receptionist was beautiful and kind, and I highly recommend staying here. I extended my stay the following day, and they proactively asked if I needed my room cleaned or tidied. I also forgot my room key in the room, and they immediately issued me a replacement.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze.
The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options.
What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, modern with state of the art technology. The lobby manager Ms Ma was marvelous. She helped us to get the shuttle car to send us the airport the day we left. She then made some follow up call to tell us that they found a cosmetic brush in the room of my colleague. She offered to keep it for us until our next stay. We thanked her for her kindness but told her to dispose of it. We really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. We will stay there for our next trip.

VVivi_1U9E1G5KBefore checking in, I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but my overall stay was excellent! The room view was amazing! They even upgraded me for free to a Natural Tower view room.
**Facilities:** The overall facilities are very smart, and there's even a robot that delivers items to the room, which is quite convenient.
**Hygiene:** The bed frame was a little stained, perhaps due to extended use, but the room and bathroom were odor-free. The only thing is, they might want to consider changing the scent in the hallway; the current industrial smell is a bit strong.
**Breakfast:** The buffet selection was rich and varied. I woke up a bit late and hit the breakfast peak, but the staff were actively trying to resolve issues.
Overall, it was a good experience.

Amenities like a tea table and TV are all available. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The buffet breakfast is good, but it would be even better if there were more variety.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 3 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic spot or the visitor center. It is halfway up the hillside and you can see the Yangtze River. The scenery is good. But after all, it’s a B&B with average facilities and simple meals, so I can’t make too many choices.
In the evening, make a pot of tea on the mountainside🍵, with the sky and the ground covered, it has a unique taste.
However, the boss's service is very good, he introduces the scenic spots, drives to buy tickets on his behalf🎫, and also offers some discounts when buying on-site.

AAnonymous UserCame to Yichang to see the Three Gorges and absolutely picked the right hotel! The location is incredible – super close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, so catching an early boat was a breeze. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The river view from the room was so therapeutic; opening the window revealed a magnificent panorama of the river. Watching the sunset over the water in the evening really enhanced the ambiance. The newly renovated room was clean and elegant, and even though it's a new hotel, there was hardly any new-building smell, and the air purifier was a thoughtful touch. Miss Shuangshuang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in. Breakfast had a wide variety, including hot dry noodles, baozi, and various porridges. It was great to fill up before heading out to explore the sights – so comfortable!

GGuest UserIt's been a while since I last stayed at a Home Inn. I found the hotel quickly right after leaving the train station. The ground floor reception area was clean and tidy, and the check-in process was seamless. Just a few minutes after settling in, I received a thoughtful call from the front desk checking on my satisfaction with the room. Great value for money. On check-out the next day, I was able to store my luggage at the front desk as I had more exploring to do, and the service was excellent.

XXiaoqiankunWhen I visited Yichang, I stayed at this hotel for two nights and then extended my stay. Any issues that arose were handled smoothly and effectively. They even proactively helped us switch rooms. The manager was very professional and dedicated, showing great patience and an excellent attitude towards guests. Even the best hotels can have issues, but what matters is how promptly they're resolved. Choosing the Westin Yichang was a great decision – the views are expansive, the rooms are high-class, and both the breakfast and fitness facilities are fantastic. It's truly wonderful to gaze out at the Yangtze River.
