GGuest UserStrangely, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed during my 21 days travelling in China on a USD 100-125 per night budget. It has electronic face scanner at the door (for Chinese speaker only tho, or just use the keycard like me as usual) and in-room Ai (Chinese language only) and the room size is generous, high ceiling, very well-appointed and maintained. Bathroom is super clean (aka. no corner mould). They're a bit far from the Yichang downtown, but then Didi taxi is cheap in China so we just hail a Didi for meals. They also have free airport shuttle for my 5.30am check out. Will stay here again when I'm at Yichang.

AAllen M ZI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made check-in a breeze.
The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.
The on-site restaurant deserves a special mention too. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options.
What really stood out, though, was how helpful the staff were throughout my stay. When I needed recommendations for local attractions, they gave detailed, friendly advice that helped me make the most of my trip.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was great! I'm planning on extending my stay for another night. Good products like this should definitely be seen by more guests. The decor is grand and stylish, and the front desk service is very welcoming. At an average price of 200-300, it offers excellent value for money in Yichang. The staff kindly upgraded my room and arranged for a room with a bathtub. The facilities are complete, and the toiletries are also very good.

HHexuannishihuizuiThe front desk staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help and very thoughtful, making us feel right at home. We needed to push the twin beds together because our child moves around a lot in their sleep. We called ahead, and while the beds themselves couldn't be moved, they confirmed the mattresses could be joined. When we arrived, the front desk had already arranged for the beds to be pushed together and thoughtfully provided disposable slippers in a child's size and children's dental kits. Service gets full marks!

TTatjana BrkicLovely place! An oasis of peace nature and tranquility in urban region. We booked this hotel due to proximity to airport not knowing that it is a animal nature attraction. The location is remote and next to the lake with well appointed rooms excellent food and exceptionally kind restaurant staff and management. Employee 221 was even so kind to take us to airport himself once we explained how important is for us to get to airport in time and how concerned we are that as foreigners we may not be able to request taxi or didi in time. Overall I would recommend this hotel without reserve for families and business travellers alike. It is restful in nature and with kind people.

GGuest UserAll great! We had a beautiful river view room. This hotel is close to where we checked in for our River Cruise. Across the road in front of the hotel is the majestic Yangtze River (aka Changjiang) and a very long park along the river, where we rode our rented bikes for over an hour without reaching either end. I also saw locals swim in this very clean river. So I joined them for a good swim. Fantastic! The staff were very nice and helpful. On our first day, the cleaner left us a welcome note, and also reminded us about the weather and wish us a pleasant stay. Very nice!

CCaishenniangniangThe service is superb: just booked the hotel, the hotel staff took the initiative to contact us, in order to make the customer live comfortably and warmly, I hope the customer will ask, the first time I feel such a warm service, after arriving at the hotel, take the initiative to upgrade us to the luxury suite. Due to the adjustment of business hours and early check-out, the front desk staff carefully guided and explained, the service is really in place.
The environment is very good: the air here is extremely fresh, very suitable for a leisurely stay for a few days, surrounded by mountains and rivers, clouds and mist, beautiful like a fairyland.
The sanitation is very clean: the rooms are cleaned very clean.
Complete facilities: The room is fully equipped and the living is very warm.
This time I couldn't stay here because of a business trip. I will definitely come back next time. I will stay in the hotel for a few more days and breathe the fresh air here! Really superb service, superb scenery! đđ
