GGuest UserStayed at the best service hotel! none of them! Highly recommended! I came with a small basin friend. When I checked in, I sent the children's dental appliances, disposable slippers, and small snacks! Generally, it is a treatment that parent-child hotels will have. 😘 Help send hair dryers and water at night! Whether you go out or come back for a short stay, you will ask if you need help! Especially intimate! The waiter also left a note warmly, and the children were very happy and left a message.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the B&B for two nights and had three meals. The owner was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I got caught in the rain at the waterfall and felt uncomfortable. The boss also gave me cold medicine, which was very considerate. After I got home, I asked the boss to help me mail some Yichang specialties. Thank you very much~
The location of the B&B is excellent. The infinity pool has a wide view and the scenery is super beautiful. It was a very satisfying experience during this trip~

WWorapong 阿鹏Hanting Hotel is another hotel chain I trust whenever I visit China. Sparkling clean. Nice bathroom. The lobby is useful. I like the co-working space style lobby of Hanting. Washing machines and dryers are at ease. Bathroom is super comfortable. The Yangtze River and many beautiful attractions are within reach by car. Definitely will stay at Hanting Hotel Yidu Changjiang Avenue again.

__WeChat269221****The hotel was quite nice, parking was convenient, there were many restaurants downstairs, the bedding in the room was very clean, the bathroom shower was comfortable, and the receptionist was very attentive. Even though it was quite late when I arrived, she helped me extend my check-out time free of charge.

It said that the room type can be upgraded for free, but I don't know if it has been upgraded or not.
Breakfast coupons were not given, and even after asking, we were told to go directly to the restaurant... When we went to the restaurant to report our room number, we had to look at the card, and ran back to get the card. The key point is that you have to wait for a long time in the elevator and the breakfast is not delicious🥲It’s just to satisfy your hunger!
All you need to do is drink tea on a clean and unique coffee table🥲

**Amazing Environment**
First of all, the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, with a wet/dry separated bathroom. The overall layout and decor were excellent.
As for the view, it was absolutely stunning! My mom even recorded a short video and posted it as a separate moment on WeChat. The window overlooks the dam, very close, clear, and spectacular! The last photo is a screenshot I took from my mom's video, and it makes me want to visit myself!
**Excellent Service**
The front desk staff member was a very pretty young lady, who spoke softly and gently. I called her several times regarding my parents' two-dams-and-one-gorge boat tickets, and she was never impatient. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and thoughtful in answering my questions, helping me check boat schedules, and planning routes, all with great clarity. My parents had a wonderful time following the route, and after they arrived at the hotel, they told me how pretty she was, haha. In short, with staff like her, how could anyone not be happy? I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

TTwinksprite75Super clean cheap hotel a 10 minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and it was so nice to not have to leave the hotel to find something late at night when we got in. We even got things delivered to our room really quickly.

IIvy_Oh1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it.
2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly.
3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation.
My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied?
For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

GGuest UserEasy access from the train station. Walking distance 10‘. Even though the stuff does not speak english they were very helpful and used immediately a translating app. Also the stuff in the breakfast room was very helpful with no word communication. The theme hotel with railway motives on the walls was very nice. Would recommend to stay there. To the citycenter however you have to use a Didi, it‘s a bit far away. We could leave our laguagge in the hotel for the day till 17:30 when we had our next connection to a Yangtze Cruise.

The toiletries in the room are also fantastic – they smell great and work wonders. Even the hairdryer in the room is a powerful yet lightweight model, which is a lifesaver for long-haired women.
