3-Star Hotels in Yichang

First of all, I have to give a big thumbs up. It happened to be the New Year's Day at the boss's house, and she treated our family to free food and drinks, with a large table of special dishes. It opened in 2023, and the facilities and equipment are very new. It is considered the ceiling near the Three Gorges People's Scenic Area. I have been a Ctrip customer for more than 10 years, which is definitely not a delay.

The room was spotless and newly renovated. It even had a smart assistant to control the lights and curtains, and play music – quite impressive for the price! A robot delivered our takeout right to the room, and the service was excellent. When I asked the front desk for a disposable razor, it was brought up quickly. The hotel is very close to Yichang East Station, with a free shuttle service that takes less than 10 minutes. You can see the high-speed trains from the room, but it's not noisy at all. The front desk staff were fantastic; when we had to catch a train from Yichang East Station in the morning, they helped us get a taxi directly to the station. It wasn't expensive, but everything felt high-end.

This hotel is ideally located for shopping and access to street food and restaurants. We couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. The room was large and very clean. Room facilities were also very good with a smart toilet. The hotel does a free laundry service which was a great help. The only area that could do with fixing up is the flooring on the lift but that didn’t affect our stay. Most important of any establishment is the staff. Every single personnel we met were so helpful and patient, from the housekeeper, kitchen staff, laundry room staff. The girls at reception really offered a first class service. I would certainly book this hotel again should I ever go back to Yichang.

We are arrived and got a wrong building, so we need to order another didi. For foreigner need to make sure copy paste address since there is same hotel (only different S). While we arrived electricity was off (I just know it after I saw message on trip 🫠) Since we come on summer and that was hot, I ask a room so we can take a bath instead of waiting until 5pm. Room was okay. Water-heater still works without electric. My friend found pack of used cond** on floor 🫠 But overall staff service was great. Location closed from Bus station. And amap not really works here. In Trip they mention only need 400m to Binjiang Park, but on amap, takes 3km even more.

Stayed at the best service hotel! none of them! Highly recommended! I came with a small basin friend. When I checked in, I sent the children's dental appliances, disposable slippers, and small snacks! Generally, it is a treatment that parent-child hotels will have. 😘 Help send hair dryers and water at night! Whether you go out or come back for a short stay, you will ask if you need help! Especially intimate! The waiter also left a note warmly, and the children were very happy and left a message.

Environment: Located inside the Three Gorges Family Scenic Area, just follow the navigation. The roads are difficult to navigate at night, but the overall experience is still quite good. Service: The owners are a family of locals, very welcoming. Their house is also very nice. The air and scenery are incredibly beautiful, making for a very comfortable experience. The owner's wife is a great cook and also recommends various photo spots, which is very thoughtful. The owner also helps with purchasing tickets, which is incredibly convenient. Recommendation: 5 stars

I chose this newly opened hotel and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The room was newly renovated with a sensible layout, and the hygiene was impeccable. The stay included a buffet breakfast with a good selection of hot dishes and pastries, which was very enjoyable. The hotel also offers self-service washing machines, so there's no need to worry about laundry during your trip. A smart robot can deliver items to your room, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. As a new hotel, the facilities are top-notch and all amenities are comprehensive, making it perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Location was central and convenient. We had access to restaurants, super market, convenient stores and even pharmacies. The front desk service was impeccable and always have your best interest at heart. I stepped onto a splinter and was hurting. One of the girls kindly rode out and bought me a tweezer because they didn’t find it in the first aid kit to remove the splinter. We came here to explores the canyons and were flying out late at night. As soon as they found out I have booked an additional night instead of extending the check out time, they immediately reminded me to change my check out date to a day earlier and get refunded for the night and to pay only for the extended hours. We were also kindly offered free coffee and drinks throughout our stay :) the laundry was also helpful.

In my opinion, the hotel offers excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist and recommend local attractions. The room was exactly as described on Tripadvisor: modern, comfortable, and with a spectacular view of the Yangtze River. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast at the restaurant/bar on the fourth floor. While the in-room breakfast was of good quality, the restaurant breakfast could be better with the view to Yangtze River. This does not take away from the overall quality of the hotel. Additionally the location is a major highlight, with excellent bars, restaurants, and cultural venues nearby, all easily accessible on foot.

It was my first time to experience tent accommodation. My daughter liked it very much. The hair dryers were all Dyson and the mattresses were heated. They were very considerate. The air on the mountain was really good! Suggestion: The noodles could be bigger☺️!
