Must praise the intelligent system of the room! Xiao Ai students are too convenient, you can turn off the lights, pull the curtains, and the bedding is moderately soft and hard. I will choose this one next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is nice, and the natural scenery is also good. The service is also fine. The biggest problem is that the bathroom stinks. We changed a room halfway through, but it still stinks. It's really a downer. The main problem is the shower room, which is too smelly. The waiter brought incense and turned on the exhaust fan, but it didn't help much. The stench came out as soon as the shower door was opened. Oh, it was such a good hotel, comfortable and quiet to enjoy, but it turned out to be a bit disappointing. I don't know if other more expensive rooms also stink? But the waiter only changed us to a room of the same price, which also stink. If other more expensive rooms don't stink, why don't you upgrade us? Or do they all have this problem? I don't quite understand. Anyway, many rooms were empty during the two days we stayed. We were very dissatisfied with this.

GGuest UserThis was the first night at our hotel during our seven-day trip. We booked two rooms for a little over 300 yuan. We didn't have high expectations, just wanted something clean and tidy, but the experience completely exceeded our expectations. First, the lobby, while not very large, had a charming and cozy feel. We booked two rooms: one a twin room (one 1.8-meter double bed and one 1.2-meter single bed), which even provided face masks; the room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet at night. The other double room, where my parents-in-law slept, was also very clean and tidy. We rented a car and drove ourselves from Yichang. It wasn't far from the Three Gorges Dam, but the area was quiet. If you prefer a more lively atmosphere, it might be best to avoid this area.

The quality of the meal was beyond expectations. The taste was authentic and the dishes were exquisite. The room amenities are standard for a five-star hotel, and the toiletries smell wonderful – they're from a French fragrance brand. The receptionists, Xiaoyu, Xiaolin, Xiaoqin, and Xiaohong, were also very helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay; the hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The parking lot is large and convenient, with charging stations, so I didn't have to worry about driving. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, fitness equipment, and a large children's playground. The environment is very peaceful and suitable for family trips.

Let's change it to a few suggestions! First, the sister at the front desk can supplement more knowledge about Yichang tourism, answer questions and serve as a travel assistant, especially the introduction of food and play around the hotel; second, the items in the guest rooms should be placed at a convenient angle for the guests, such as mineral water, which must be eye-catching and clear; third, breakfast during the holiday obviously feels insufficiently prepared. Self-driving guests get up early and travel in large numbers. The dishes have not been completely out and have been swept away. Both manpower and dishes are stretched, especially when there is not enough manpower, it seems stingy to arrange security guards and front desk staff to collect meal coupons. Big brands should be generous and confident, and use people where guests need services most, not to supervise guests. In short, Puyin is a brand worth recommending! Another point is that employees other than the front desk still have to wear work clothes. The Puyin brand work clothes are still very good-looking. Maybe the boss didn’t buy them when the business just opened!

The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioner was turned on for us in advance. It was very considerate. They also upgraded the room type for free. In the afternoon, the staff also sent us hot drinks. Huge white fungus soup! The scenery here is also very beautiful, and the Time Auditorium is also open, which is great for taking pictures.
