"I stayed at the hotel on October 14th. We arrived after 9 PM, but the hotel was excellent. The front desk service was very good and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast was delicious – everything was great. When we left the next morning, the front desk staff and the doorman warmly saw us off, saying goodbye. It felt like a wonderful day started with such wonderful service. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the hotel laundry room had too few washing machines; it would be great if they could expand it. Also, I hope staff could check on the cleanliness of the laundry every one or two hours."

"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient. We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated. They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

The room's powerful oxygen supply quickly raised my blood oxygen to over 90%. The rich breakfast recharged my blood pressure. The self-service laundry cleaned a week's worth of dirty clothes, and the quiet room allowed me to sleep soundly. It was this hotel that made me re-evaluate the Four Seasons brand."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay. During check-in, there was a discrepancy between the room view and what I ordered. Considering my health condition, the hotel upgraded me free of charge. The two young men at the front desk were especially kind and attentive, making numerous phone calls to coordinate and resolve the issue. Although they weren't very talkative and I could tell they hadn't received professional service training, their sincere and dedicated attitude towards serving customers is exactly what the service industry needs most. The parking lot entrances are on two main streets, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!"
