GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with my stay. During check-in, there was a discrepancy between the room view and what I ordered. Considering my health condition, the hotel upgraded me free of charge. The two young men at the front desk were especially kind and attentive, making numerous phone calls to coordinate and resolve the issue. They made me feel incredibly welcome and warm, especially since I was far from home. Although they weren't very talkative and I could tell they hadn't received professional service training, their sincere and dedicated attitude towards serving customers is exactly what the service industry needs most. Thumbs up! 👍 The room was spacious and decorated in a light luxury style, warm yet elegant. The hotel is located near a museum, and there's a shopping street downstairs. The parking lot entrances are on two main streets, making it very convenient. Highly recommended!

Parking is 10 yuan in the parking lot next to it 24 hours a day. Parking in front of the hotel is from 8pm to the next day. It's free at 8 a.m. because the traffic police will post a note and they get off work after 8 a.m.

The smell of smoke in the room is too heavy, the corridors and stairwells are also smokey, and the ventilation seems to not work at all. In addition, I don't know what machine noise is, it rings all day, and sleeping at night is very affected.
