"I've been staying here for almost a month now. Overall, the hotel reception staff are very friendly, and the breakfast included is a plus. However, I always feel like the hotel doesn't have enough housekeeping staff. On my first night, they didn't clean until almost 6 or 7 pm on the second night, and their efficiency was terrible. I usually extend my stay every two or three days, and sometimes the housekeeping staff doesn't even come to clean. They don't leave toiletries or change towels. What's even more outrageous is that I've stayed for almost a month, and they've only changed the sheets and blankets once! How can they do housekeeping like that? I'm not saying they should change them every three to five days, but at least once a week! If I hadn't insisted on changing them, they probably would have changed them for the entire month. Also, there was a refrigerator in my room, meant for storing drinks. I figured the drinks were included in the room rate, so I asked her to put some in it, but she refused. If she doesn't want to put drinks in it, then what's the point of having a small refrigerator? They only clean what they can see, never mop the floor, and don't even wipe the table after cleaning! No mopping, no wiping! Another time, I wanted to sleep in, so I put up a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, meaning I wouldn't have to clean. But they didn't leave me any toiletries or drinks! The next day, there wasn't even a toothbrush. At least leave your things at the door! They knew I was extending my stay; were they trying to save costs for the hotel?! It's really awful! I won't even post pictures; you can try staying three days in a row and see if what I'm saying is true."

First of all, the location is incredibly convenient, situated on a main road in the city center, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and parking is also very easy. Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its simple yet elegant design. The air was filled with the subtle aroma of ******* incense and tea, instantly washing away the fatigue of my journey. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with my luggage and providing detailed information about the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, all in a very gentle tone. Our Deluxe Twin Room was fantastic! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – falling asleep instantly was a dream come true! The most surprising thing was the excellent oxygen supply (Yushu's altitude is quite high), the stable water pressure in the shower with hot water arriving quickly, and the inclusion of a smart toilet and smart TV – quality evident in every detail. And the breakfast deserves special mention! The food is authentic and plentiful, and the manager even enthusiastically recommends local specialties – so heartwarming! The only minor drawback is that the gym is a bit small, but the equipment is generally sufficient. Overall, it's definitely the best value accommodation in Yushu! Highly recommended for tourists or business travelers to Yushu; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The hotel is outside the city, so compared to the problem of parking in the hotel in Yushu City, the large parking lot is the advantage, and the self-driving is friendly. The basic facilities of the room are good and the sound is good. The girl at the front desk was very good. When I checked in, I heard that we couldn't catch up with breakfast the next day and prepared fast food snacks. There was a problem with the oxygen supply equipment in the room when I checked in at 3 pm. The girl at the front desk helped to contact and solve it. We were most worried about the problem of the oxygen supply equipment in the middle of the night. The girl sent a small tank of oxygen to spare. The hotel has a buffet for dinner, simple rice and fried vegetables and fruits, cost-effective and taste good. The front desk service and buffet dinner are extra points. The subtraction item is oxygen supply equipment. The oxygen stopped at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. At about two or three o'clock, the oxygen supply was huge. I felt like blowing my face on the bed. Later, I stopped. The oxygen supply was more stable after five o'clock. It felt like oxygen supply was artificially controlled. It is recommended to adjust the oxygen supply equipment, even if it is changed to a limited time oxygen supply, at least to ensure that the continuous oxygen supply at night is better than the current situation."

"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient. We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated. They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

"It was absolutely fine, yes they were some stuff in the bathroom like small hair that one can see when meticulously look. But I had my room clean every day, and it was comfortable. The location is good, you can walk to the hills and monastery or go downtown to the city, walkable distances. I would stay again"
