Stayed at this hotel in November 2019 for 3 nights and the value for money was exceptional, staff friendly, rooms clean and although food range limited it was all reasonable. £12 takes you from the airport to the hotel which was great and the hotel situated in a nice quiet location. To get into the centre was easy and cheap with bus stop 1 minute from hotel and underground 1 minute from bus stop. Expect to be in the centre using public transport in approx 20 minutes. The cos5 of all public transport is approximately £4 per day. Overall very pleased with hotel

Nice pension and good service

I regularly stay in this hotel on my business trips and I really love the place. The rooms of all types are very spacious, super clean, with very comfortable beds and some of them on the higher floors offer the most amazing view of the city. Breakfast offers high quality food and big range of meals and when the weather allows there is a lovely quiet garden for you to enjoy your meal outside. The hotel itself is located in a very elegant area that gives you both the benefits of quiet and very safe place and easy access to the most desirable tourist spots that can be easily reached by the public transport as both the bus and tram stop right in front of it. But my biggest praise goes the hotel staff as they are the most helpful, welcoming and kind people you can wish for to meet while travelling. They really make you feel most welcomed and at home, are anytime ready to help you or give you an advice you may need on your trip. Those people are the biggest and friendliest professionals I have met through my travel experience and I can not thank them enough for making every stay in this hotel the most memorable and pleasant experience.

The service was great however, upon booking I have indicated two adults and two children. However, upon checking in; I was advised that the rooms are fully booked and I was amazed as I have paid and booked for the stay. I have requested an accommodation for children but I was advised that I will get a queen sized bed I have no choice but to accept it as I was travelling. Upon request of additional pillows I wasn't given due to they have given to other groups. What does that make a difference with my request. My family was squashed in a queen sized bed and two pillows only. In addition, I supposedly have breakfast with my stay and upon enter at the restaurant I was advised that I do not have breakfast included. It was frustrating as my first time visiting czech and had this experience. Overall, with the hectic coordination we ate at Katsura and it was best service and great food.

Free shuttle is very comfortable.Room is fine,the hotel is next to private airport.Shopping center Sestka only 10 minutes walk if you need something.I did not try breakfast.Only the tv is small and often without signal.Clean,nice bathrooms

Las instalaciones del hotel cumplían ampliamente con las expectativas, buen buffet de desayuno y trato muy amable de todo el personal del hotel. Tengo que señalar de forma sobresaliente el trato en recepción, tanto a la hora del check-in como del check-out de Hedvika. Absolutamente profesional y de trato muy afable. Aparte del hotel en sí, en cuanto a sus instalaciones y servicios, Hedvika es absolutamente responsable de la calificación de excelente.

I chose this hotel because of it's price and relative proximity to the airport - so glad I did because I loved this experience! Set in the middle of the Brevnov Monastery - this is truly a unique hotel and the grounds are definitely worth an explore. Buffet breakfast was good (the room it was served in was gorgeous) and the onsite restaurant offered delicious options for dinner. Rooms were clean, on the large side (by European standards) and had everything I needed for a one night stay. I enjoyed the touches that showed you the age of the place - like the exposed beams in the ceiling. Not a fancy hotel, but a beautiful setting, lovely staff, and great experience.

We were due to fly out of Prague on an early flight, so rather than worry about an early morning Uber, we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott literally at the Prague International airport. Check in was efficient and quick, very friendly. Owing to my Marriott Titanium Status, we were upgraded to a 1BR suite with a separate living room area. The windows faced the inner courtyard of the hotel. Big windows - lots of light. Rooms were sizable, bedding was comfortable (standard courtyard bedding) and the water pressure in the shower was good (there were actually 2 showers, 1 upright and another with the tub - which was pretty cool). What was awesome about the hotel was it was connected by covered walkway to the airport - both T1 and T2. So you could literally exit the hotel on the second floor and walk 3 minutes to the terminal. Which is exactly what we did in the morning of our flight. Quick and easy.
