"It is necessary to keep the window closed when using the air conditioning, as the system is designed to prevent outside air from affecting the room’s temperature. In our initial room, the window was broken and could not be closed, so the air conditioning did not work. The hotel staff quickly took action and changed our room. Thank you very much."

"Breakfast: Amazing food, view from breakfast was the highlight Room: Stayed for several nights, had sparkling water free bottle for first day, but water was not provided for the remaining days. I ended up boiling water with the coffee machine and had water with coffee taste for those days, because there were no kettles. If you like coffee, this would perfect though. Overall, would still highly recommend the hotel despite the ”coffee water”. Noise: Very quiet and peaceful. I noted some comments said it was loud, but I couldn't hear any train sound. Great for business trip."

"Non-24-hour front desk, self-check-in, very convenient. Check out is super simple, you can put your room card into the designated box. I wanted to leave my luggage here, but I needed to send a message to the hotel administrator, and the store announcement was posted on the back of the second door at the entrance. The room is clean and well equipped, and you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to Germany. It's conveniently located next to the train station and right next to the bus stop, and the soundproofing is excellent. I stayed on the side facing the train station, and with the windows closed, I couldn't hear any train noise. The decor is new, and the beds are quite comfortable. The only downside is that the single bed and kitchen are in the same room, which can disturb the person in the single bed if they have to cook in the morning. A partition between the single bed and the dining area would be much better. The toilet and washroom are separate, which is convenient for use during rush hour. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a microwave, and a stove. The only drawback is that the appliances are complicated to use; it took me a while to figure out how to cook. Overall, although the space isn't large, it's small but perfectly formed and cleverly designed. I would suggest a few improvements: firstly, the countertop under the entryway mirror should be large enough to hold a hairdryer; the countertop is too small. A small railing or shelf could be added. Secondly, a partition could be added between the kitchen and the small bedroom. Everything else is perfect."

"Luggage storage before check-in worked great and very courteous gentleman at the reception area. Telephone availability previously generated band, very ugly. Check-in itself was unfortunately rather sobering due to the change in staff. Also, immediately after check-in, a pushy bartender who wanted to mix cocktails for me. Unfortunately, that didn't go away when I went out to smoke and had to go through the ”lobby”. Hotel room unfortunately the stockiest of all, despite the most expensive costs on my trip. Huge TV, nice bed, great duvet, air conditioning, design equipment... but unfortunately completely impractical, so that there was not only space to unpack my suitcase and cosmetics in the bathroom. No, unfortunately the desk was so close to the bed that there were bruises when walking around. Big plus seen too late though. Kettle with instant coffee, milk and sugar/tea was available in the room. "

"Hotel is only one stop by tram from the main railway station. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Just that the hardware are quite old, you can tell from the carpet, wallpaper and the hardware especially the bathroom style is unbearable with this price. Strongly recommend a renovation to keep up with the brand name."

"We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel."

"Located right next to the station, however not lit up at night so might be a bit harder to spot. The train station is about 30min by foot to the main attractions (old town, philosopher’s walk). Overall a no frills place to stay, good enough for a night."
