"Good location, the whole building of the hostel is newly built, the multi-person bed is separated from the wood, it can be locked after closing the hatch, and there is light color control in the cabin. The cleanliness is high, the kitchen and the friendship hall are behind the front desk, there is a refrigerator, the refrigeration temperature is enough, and the cooking is convenient. There is a 24-hour front desk. Self check-in is convenient, but still need to check in online in advance. Toilet bathroom clean, because there is no window, so the air is not very circulating, pay attention to the hot and cold water instructions of the water pipe sometimes opposite. Luggage storage after check-out is charged."

"The hotel retains a classic upscale feel from its prime, and the rooms are spacious. However, the parking garage is poorly designed and quite inconvenient; the entry and exit points are too narrow, and parking is a bit pricey. Toiletries and slippers can be requested from the front desk."

"Hello, Okay, overall, a 6/10 is the perfect score... shower seals coming loose, aging damp patches and black spots in the shower. Overall, it's quite clean. The high-tech features are good but also aging, e.g., the crappy TV, as well as the ”smart” toilet that opens, closes, and cleans itself at night. And above all, the bedding is very poor, where you sink in as soon as you lie down! It's impossible to turn around or move afterward!! That's the worst part! Overall, well, you get what you pay for. When you book, you know you're not staying in a 4 or 5-star hotel either!!! It's a shame about the staff, who are really super friendly, and that's a 10/10! Another plus, we arrived after midnight, after the official check-in hours, we called to let you know we were late, and very kindly someone at reception stayed to welcome us!! Thank you"

"I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. "The room was OK, although a bit old, but the stay was very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, packages, and service are particularly good. Dislike: 25€/day parking space ! Arranged for me the smallest parking space in the corner, next to the parking space there are fire doors and fire extinguishers.  Reasonably, there is a parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they just didn't change it. Finally,  gave me both parking spaces... For parking spaces at this price, I want to park the car. If my car doesn't stop, you give me three parking spaces. I don't like it either! This is for hotel managers: we were 2 days and paying €50 for a garage place, they assigned me a parking that I think was already badly designed, as being a side door (place 20) And with a firefighter should not have any garage space! I was assigned the 19th, if I park well I couldn't get down from the car of how small the square is and I asked you to change it, but they didn't allow it to me and the solution was to give me the two places... my personally I like to do things well! And more if I pay a garage place for 2 days, it was €50. If I can't park the car well even if I have 3 garage places, I'm still not okay! For the gentleman, who would be the reception officer on the afternoon of August 16, a 0 for his bad ways and no need to talk to people with disgust, in fact he was never able to talk to me personally, The hotel was very good and very comfortable."

"The hotel room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the bathtub was large, and the hot shower was convenient. It was a place I would like to come back to. However, the distance from the Alhambra Palace was a bit disappointing."

"We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was well decorated, but our room smelled of oily smoke, and finally I found that it was the smell of smoke from the vent at the entrance. I told the front desk staff about this, she said that the room was fully booked, the smell of smoke may be the smell of someone who smoked the smoke, in fact, there is no smell of smoke in the corridor.
