"The room is very new and clean, the space is large, the Eiffel Tower can be seen on the roof, you can eat in the roof restaurant, the environment is very good, about 7 minutes from the subway station"
"Very nice establishment. Very comfortable room. Dinner taken on site of excellent quality. We enjoyed ourselves.
On the other hand, 30€ to enjoy the swimming pool is really excessive."
"Rooms are very hearing and our room (room 26, 2nd floor) fell a little off. On the website you can see photos of modern rooms and bathrooms, but that of us was a little old-bally with floor covering that was no longer so fresh.
A muffy air. But a lovely bed! Breakfast was good, but it was just late to fill and clean tables, making it all happens to be rumorous. This is probably because staff must also be accompanied by the reception, along with the breakfast room, and the facts are therefore behind you.
The environment is nicely calm and ideal if you want the city's lusts, but not the burdens.
With a Uber you're about a tenth in the heart of the Centre.
The staff is friendly and for a night when you are on the doorway, this is a great hotel."
"super lit, confortable, salle de bain récente, le tout très propre, seul point négatif, il était annoncé chromecast sur la tv mais ne fonctionnait pas.."
"It was a nice stay in a well designed space. We both felt the service could’ve been improved and the room keeping service. We ran out of basic amenities in the room and they were not replaced when the cleaners came. Just something for the location to improve upon."
"We were enroute from Burgundy to Paris. The hotel has character, unlike the typical chain. The building is old, and this creaky floors are all over the hotel. We didn't get a view of the canal, but I can imagine the rooms with a view of the canal would be much more pleasant. We had rooms facing the parking lot. We only stayed for one night, and didn't really use any of the hotel facilities. The bathrooms are small....like almost unable to turn. "
"The suite can accommodate two adults and two children. The bathroom is not designed properly, there is no door, and water easily flows everywhere. After checking in, I found that the pillow did not have a pillowcase, so I asked the front desk for one, which was very French. Breakfast was French bread, cheese, milk, yogurt, coffee and tea. The fruits were not rich, not as good as in China, but I could still eat enough. Overall, it did not feel like a four-star standard."

Great
EElita DzerinaThis was a trip with my family. As this stop was on the way to the south of France, the location was perfect, close to the main road. Sound insulation in the rooms is very good. The hotel is new, everything looks fresh and the rooms are very spacious, the double room has two double beds. The Bathroom had everything you need, good quality 100% vegan shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was excellent. Good choice of products, all very tasty and fresh. The hotel is a perfect choice to break the journey about halfway from Calais to Nice.
FFulishizhaohedeThe hotel is in a great location, just a 5-8 minute walk from the train station. The facilities are also good, with a small French garden, a swimming pool, and a massage pool. The room is relatively large among the French hotels we have stayed in, and the facilities are quite new. The breakfast is also OK 😃 In short, everything is satisfactory, highly recommended.
AAngieThe hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!
GGuest UserI have stayed at the Chateau before and it is good value as well as being an interesting building with many artistic features, there is also an outside pool. Generally, it’s clean but the rooms are a little dusty. The staff are helpful but on my previous stay the restaurant was shut due to staff problems. It was a disappointment but gave it a second chance. However, having booking again, I was told on arrival that the restaurant was not open on Mondays or Tuesdays. Please don’t be fooled by websites as every one I found stated that it was open on these days, so it’s a must to take this into account if you’ve had a long drive and do not want to dine out, you may well want to think again. It does seem to be under staffed as it can be difficult to find anyone if you would like an evening drink.
You would either have to drive fifteen or so minutes into Macon where there are plenty of restaurants or if you prefer a village, drive in the other direction for less than ten minutes and there is a small restaurant next to the station called ‘Aux Dix Vins’ which I recommend and it’s open on Mondays and Tuesdays. The menu and quality is good, with some nice wines to accompany the food and the owner cares about how it’s run.
JJeanneThis small hotel punches far above expectations. Rooms and bathrooms may be cosy but have been modernized. Plenty of power points, DIY tea/ coffee in bedroom, magnifying mirror and super efficient hairdryer in bathroom. Water fountain in corridor. Even when facing the train station, I couldn’t hear the trains as windows are well sealed. There is A/C. Smorgasbord breakfast, bar, outside seating for summer and overall very friendly staff. I didn’t use the restaurant. Great location and a flat easy 5-8 minute walk into town centre. Highly recommended especially if you want to be off the tourist trail and using trains. But still explore Beaune.
KKatdianThe location is a little far away, but Carrefour is close, the price is good, clean, air-conditioned, but unfortunately there is no elevator, the luggage is not suitable! Self-service check in, everything depends on the password, this is still convenient, there are vending machines downstairs, buy coffee and some snacks!
XXenTravellerOur big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable.
Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel.
Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed.
Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum.
GGuest UserFirst class worthy of first class, nothing negative.
Even if the 1st class is next to a clock is a Logis de France, if it is the establishments where they are, they are a little isolated.
