Recently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris when we stayed at The Newport Bay. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel - the staff, the accommodation and the breakfast was all excellent. The following are by no way negative comments, purely points to note • The hotel is very large, depending on the location of your room you may have quite a walk back and to from your day in the park • There is water in the rooms but in my experience this isn’t replaced so prepare and buy drinks whilst your out and about to save your legs an extra journey • There is a pod coffee machine in the room, the pods and tea bags, kettle etc were in a secret cupboard on top of the chest of drawers in the room I stayed in • There are toiletries in the rooms but I’m not sure if I had only conditioner and no shampoo as it didn’t soap up at all. Not a problem if you take your own • There are vending machines for hot drinks and an ice machine on each floor. Your magic pass entitles you to 4 free drinks each day, the machine is easy to use but I only knew about it from word of mouth, it wasn’t explained on check in • The indoor pool is large, I personally found it to be quite cold but there is a sauna and steam room to warm up in afterwards • The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the parks but there is a shuttle bus available. The Marvel Hotel and Sequoia Lodge are closer Other things to know about • Safe, hairdryer and towels in the rooms • Shop in the hotel is open 9am to 11pm •. Luggage store opens at 7.30am and very easy to use

Great hotel in a fantastic location for Disney. Great parking and shuttle service. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Food in the evening great and the pool was open late which was great when the children wanted to swim later after a day out.

If you are on a budget, this hotel is great!
this hotel provides a new fresh and basic lodging option with free shuttle bus service to the parks.
Room
There is no room key cards. A code is given to you that you either memorize or carry the paper with you. We reserved a room with one large bed but received the family room which includes 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is nicely laid out with plenty of area space.
Take note that they don’t provide toiletries.
Breakfast
Breakfast is between 7-11 am. The spread includes croissants and bread with toppings like jam, Nutella, honey, and applesauce. There is also yogurt, cold cuts and cheese. Daily, there will be 1 egg offered (omelette, hard boiled, poached) as warm item. For drinks, you have the options of coffee, tea, cocoa, and juice. I love that it’s simple & basic.
Amenities
There is a arcade room for kids & vending machines for hot and cold drinks, snacks and even essential toiletries. There is also a microwave to heat up sandwiches.
Cafe
You can buy their lunch box from Les Halles. Dinner is available 6-11pm. They have pasta, pizza, salad and sandwiches. There is also a bar to order some light snacks and drinks such as sodas, juices, liquor, wine and beer. A menu is €15 for adults and €9 for children or you can purchase a la carte with food ranging from €4-8.

Excellent location and ease of access to Disneyland Paris. Staff were very friendly and being able to leave luggage before check in and after checkout whilst you go to the park is great to have. Can’t complain and highly recommend to everyone going to Disneyland Paris

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great!
The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless.
Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site.
When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical.
We can't wait to return!!

Very good option for a family trip to Disney. Comfortable room, beautiful setting. But a lot of queue at breakfast, they should do something to solve that problem. But I guess that's what it's like in such a touristy place. The bus service is not as frequent as the Disney hotels, but it makes up for it with the big difference in price. 10 out of 10. Unforgettable stay.

GGuest UserRecently returned from a trip to Disneyland Paris when we stayed at The Newport Bay. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel - the staff, the accommodation and the breakfast was all excellent. The following are by no way negative comments, purely points to note • The hotel is very large, depending on the location of your room you may have quite a walk back and to from your day in the park • There is water in the rooms but in my experience this isn’t replaced so prepare and buy drinks whilst your out and about to save your legs an extra journey • There is a pod coffee machine in the room, the pods and tea bags, kettle etc were in a secret cupboard on top of the chest of drawers in the room I stayed in • There are toiletries in the rooms but I’m not sure if I had only conditioner and no shampoo as it didn’t soap up at all. Not a problem if you take your own • There are vending machines for hot drinks and an ice machine on each floor. Your magic pass entitles you to 4 free drinks each day, the machine is easy to use but I only knew about it from word of mouth, it wasn’t explained on check in • The indoor pool is large, I personally found it to be quite cold but there is a sauna and steam room to warm up in afterwards • The hotel is a good 15 minute walk to the parks but there is a shuttle bus available. The Marvel Hotel and Sequoia Lodge are closer Other things to know about • Safe, hairdryer and towels in the rooms • Shop in the hotel is open 9am to 11pm •. Luggage store opens at 7.30am and very easy to use
