"I really like the old lady at the receptionist. We arrived in the morning with our luggage while the check-in time is after 3pm. We called the receptionist to ask about leaving them at the hotel earlier. The lady was very kind, cheerful and helpful on the phone. She even helped us to check in way earlier, at 10am. She is the reason why I instantly thought about writing the review here, which I rarely do. The room exceeded our expectations. We have our separate beds, clean and bright bathroom + toilet, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a fridge, a stove. All the staff we met at the hotel are really professional with highest degree of caring. Highly recommended! "

"The room is clean and nice. The staff helpful and the location is in the heart of the city with all the cafe and restaurants just outside the hotel. There is also a bakery and convenience store near by. It’s quite easy to get to the train station but if you have luggage coming from the station to the hotel you need to climb about 50-60 steps. The biggest problem was the aircon. It goes off and on automatically and make funny noise."
