I recently 9/9/21stayed at the ACE Motel and was treated extremely kind by ALL their staff working there! I only speak English and everyone there made it possible to help me with my translation barrier, The Manager “Sebastian” discovered that my vacation was cut short and he personally drove me to find me a Pharmacy to help get a Covid test which I needed before my flight departed, this was at least a 20 miles journey one direction and at least 1 hour of his time. I would never been able to put this all together without his help! He later then drove to the train station and help me locate the correct train, route time schedule everything it was so unbelievable on how much time and effort he provided me on his day off He truly was remarkably kind!! The lady at the front desk and their housekeeper also went way out of there way to help me with determining how I could find a bus stop and train locations ect:… to get to the International Airport in Geneva which later Sebastian solve. I felt their accomindations were nice, clean, and acceptacle. Their breakfast was nice with assortment of good food and coffee. I have never been more taken care at a Motel in my life! I would recommend staying there to everyone.

I was traveling from my country to where I live now and I needed a place to stay with my parents and my doggy in the middle of the route. This was perfect as quality-price was good, quite room, toilet in the room and very nice staff at the reception. There was no terrace outside though, unlike other hotels from this chain.

After the visit of our tour to France, Avignon, we stay in this hotel with our tour guide, ugur, the killers. The hotel is small and modern, loyal and warm, the reception officer, lady, made us quickly stay in our rooms. The market is to be made. Cay, there are also the cattle you can make coffee.A clean bed, you can stay here with a bathroom.It is located outside the Avigno-floor.It is suitable for the entrance of the disabled.

Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.
