"Check in was meant to be at 3pm. Arrived at 3.20 and the room wasn't done yet which was no trouble to us to wait around. The hotel offered us free drinks which was kind of them. The bed was super comfortable and had a lovely night sleep. The bath panel was cracked and honestly looked quite outdated. The hotel itself is located directly outside the train station which was perfect for my first time going to Carlisle. And right next door to a Costa. I'd definitely be back just for a sleep in the comfortable bed again"

"Room was fine but sadly due to the selfish people in the room above me,I didn't get any sleep due to all the noise that carried on right through the early oʻhours of the morning. Staff didn't seem bothered BUT ,Trip were absolutely amazing when I complained to them about the situation. However my room was really nice and clean and the location was great as well as it was a 2 minute walk from the train station"

"We stayed in Carlisle for a couple of nights. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and close to the city centre. There were a lot of pubs and restaurants close by which was convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable."
