"Location was a little far from city centre however thanks to underground access was easy. Hotel was clean ,silent and breakfast was ok. Near to hotel there is restaurants fast food facilities in case of if you are late."

"Excellent service and the staffs are friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel , The price is reasonable and we get what we paid for , its a fair deal . The location is good , 5 minutes walk to Hounslow Central Station and less than 20 minutes to International Heathrow Airport. Few hundred meter away to Central, many Cafes and Few Fast Foods chains to choose from. Overall we are truly happy to stay here ."

"Pretty good stay and was better than expected. The room was well ventilated, very clean and the bed/chair was comfortable. Importantly the internet worked really well and was fast. Staff were friendly and generally very helpful. A Tesco is within walking distance and Heathrow and other shops are not far away at all.  A lot of poverty in the local area makes the location slightly less appealing. "

"Facilities: Well-equipped and very new. Hygiene: Relatively clean. Environment: Very quiet. There's a dedicated walkway to T4, so you don't need to go outside. It takes about two minutes to get into the terminal, which is super convenient. The two hotels are together, and the overall environment is very good; despite being right next to the airport, it's not noisy. Service: Very warm and thoughtful."

"Exceptional positive experience with friendly helpful staff from check-in to breakfast. So close to terminal 5 Heathrow, just easy walking distance. Comfortable beds, nice gym and spa. But what was remarkable was the positive vibes from all the staff. Sure the decor isn't the newest but everything is clean and good. Will stay here again."

"The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow. The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal. Great hotel"

"The room was spotless. As a chain hotel, it consistently delivers excellent service and cleanliness. The facilities are modern and advanced. I particularly loved the reception area on the first floor, which boasts a very stylish and contemporary design."

"The room wasn't huge, but the bed was comfy. It's exactly what you'd expect from an airport hotel – just a place to crash for the night before heading out. It's not far from the airport; we had two large and two small bags, and a taxi cost us £15. I later saw that the airport's own shuttle was over £6, so that's good to know for next time. I didn't take any photos of the hotel interior, so here's a pic of the trees in Hyde Park and a rainbow over Primrose Hill instead."

"5 minutes walk along SkyWalk to Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast selection. They have an ‘egg chef’ waiting for your order. Nice room (5th floor) with plenty of space. Comfy bed. Nice big TV. Good hot water for shower."
