"The hotel is 1km from the metro station. For groups of two or more, it's better to take a taxi to the metro as the cost is almost the same as taking the bus for two stops. It's also quite close to the airport. The room itself is pretty good."

"Pretty good stay and was better than expected. The room was well ventilated, very clean and the bed/chair was comfortable. Importantly the internet worked really well and was fast. Staff were friendly and generally very helpful. A Tesco is within walking distance and Heathrow and other shops are not far away at all.  A lot of poverty in the local area makes the location slightly less appealing. "

"This airport hotel has relatively spacious rooms. I was traveling with a friend. My child is an aviation enthusiast, so we specifically booked a runway view room (you can't see the runway from non-runway view rooms). It really proved perfect for plane spotting; it's right by the runway, offering completely unobstructed, first-person views of take-offs and landings. Facilities: Some are a bit old, but perfectly acceptable. Hygiene: Good, didn't find anything unclean. Service: The front desk staff were quite welcoming and even proactively advised us on things to look out for when visiting Windsor."

"After taking the Elizabeth Line (purple line) from other terminals, you can reach the hotel concourse directly by elevator. If you're on the Piccadilly Line (blue line), you'll need to cross over to the other side of Terminal 3. The ground floor has a shared lobby, and this hotel is located on the right side."

"The room was spotless. As a chain hotel, it consistently delivers excellent service and cleanliness. The facilities are modern and advanced. I particularly loved the reception area on the first floor, which boasts a very stylish and contemporary design."

"We booked two bed rooms, they are trying to fool us by giving smaller room when we found out after opening the door there’s only one bed but we paid for 2 bed’s room, we asked for changing, at first they said we booked wrong one and they said it’s not always accurate on trip.com. Even though they changed 2 bed’s room after double check, they still very bad intentions trying to put faults to trip.com and clients. Having been to many countries and many cities, this Hilton conceiger is the only unprofessional one and really shame on Hilton garden hotel which is not garden feel at all"

"I think that a kettle in a room is an absolute minimum. every time I wanted a cup of tea I had to get dressed and go to the foyer. even then they're was no kettle, just warm water from a coffee machine. a fridge would have been nice somewhere so i could store me oat milk. the airconditioner was sporadic, and turned itself off so I was boiling during the night. the staff were lovely."

"Quite close to the T4, and good for the flight catcher. But one thing is the food choices is very limited. The hotel itself is not bad, but still can feel it is bit old and not too spacious. Also breakfast only starts at 6 am. So for flight catcher earlier than that would be bit bad for not able to have the food"

"Having stayed here many times, I do feel they have lost their shine. Things are a little shabby, public places around the hotel, especially the seating in the bar area, where lighting is really poor perhaps a good thing as it was less noticeable. We would have eaten in there for ease but the poor lighting put us off ( lighting was there but not switched on or bulbs had expired…) I even mentioned to our waiter we had decided to eat in the restaurant where the menu was similar but you could see it! I wonder if that feedback had been given to management… in ‘the day’ it certainly would have. The porter at reception looked like he couldn’t be bothered except to tell us we couldn’t take the airport trolley to our room. Given we had 3 big cases plus hand luggage, the vacant porters trolley would have helped us. That again in the day would never have happened. Sad really, but on the positive the food was good (Lamb and Chicken curries) and the staff friendly with smiles on their faces!"

"The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it."
