"The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it."

Great
GGuest UserA must-stay for Heathrow Airport layovers. It's super convenient to get to any terminal, the breakfast is plentiful, and the room is clean and tidy. The hotel also has a gym if you want to work out. Overall, it's a five-star experience!
LLuthinrixYou can reach to the nearest underground station free of charge from all the terminals in LHR. Just about 10 minutes to get there on foot and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.
AAnonymous UserLovely hotel. Clean, modern, unique, great staff, very good buffet breakfast and an easy, breezy check-in. Access to hotel is through the covered walkway, Terminal 4 Heathrow Airport, on the 'Arrivals' floor at the very end on the right hand side, through the glass doors. The hotels are signposted above the glass doors. Takes around 5 mins from Terminal to hotel lobby. Piccadilly underground and Elizabeth Line stations are accessible once in the Terminal. Use the Piccadilly Line to get to and from the airport to Terminals 2,3,4 & 5, as its much cheaper that the Elizabeth Line - around half the cost (£5.90 as of April 2026). Would definitely stay again and recommend.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
GGuest UserWell, they probably don't want this review, but it is what it is.
Grading choices for this review are restrictive on what you can comment on, so this detail matters.
Staff tried very hard to help, but the wifi wasted an hour or more of my life as it was apparently connected with internet but kept returning to their page whatever web address you input and they said this happens all the time! Why a premium hotel in this day and age insusts on trying to dign you up to steal your data and won't let the ”standard” service work beats me. So i had no wifi any time in my stay.
Yes, location is decent, but you're paying a lot for this and the facilities and you'd be better off staying offsite where everything works and paying for a taxi and still being better off.
Room lights switches either side of bed didn't work so switch off and get into bed in the dark
Climate control makes such a racket it was impossible to sleep and eventually had to turn it off.
Only usb outlet is on desk way away from bed and that's where you have to plug your phone in.
Coffee is instant with kettle, but nespresso eg doesn't cost a lot for a top hotel (or premier inn plus room lol) to provide!
Yes, bed is comfortable, room nice size and granite is nice - and staff try their best - but hell will freeze over before i ever stay there again, or now in any other sofitel. Really does seem to be typical of the big chains these days, where the smaller and cheaper ones get the most important small details right.
Sorry sofitel, but incall it as it is and other people deserve to know before parting with their cash thinking they are getting something special.
Final note, my plan a was get there early for the pool, jacuzzi and sauna, then when i read all detail (after booking) i saw this was chargeable extra, which is not at all evident! You have to ask / look closely, where they just say they have it. American chain model, charge extra for things people choss you because you had them!
GGuest UserGreat place near the airport with fantastic views of the airport.
Tip: Save on transport to the airport, don’t need to take the expensive hotel hopper, just walk out to the bus stop directly outside the hotel and take any public bus for a 5min journey to the airport!
Also, if you’re out for dinner or partying till late at night, you can take the direct night bus N9 from Piccadilly Circus and Kensington directly to the hotel!
GGuest UserI called the hotel around 10:00 AM, asking if I could check in early, and they quickly agreed. The hotel is right next to the airport, which is convenient if you're flying, but it's not ideal for getting into the city center as you need to take a bus to a metro or train station.
Nevertheless, the room was exceptionally clean, and being a Marriott property, the quality was good. There was a hairdryer in the room, but still no slippers. However, for £550 in London, this is a very high-quality hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. I don't want to nitpick much, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about besides the location.
You absolutely must try the hotel breakfast; it's only £13. It's much better than other hotels that charge the same amount but only offer a few pieces of dry bread. Here, there are many options, and I definitely ate my fill – I didn't spend any extra money on food that day.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserDuring my recent stay at The Novotel on the outskirts of London, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel excelled in several areas, making it a delightful getaway.

Location:
Situated on the serene outskirts of London, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind while still having easy access to the city’s attractions. The surrounding area is lush and tranquil, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired.

JJessacoGrand Park Hotel Heathrow is really great for airport transfers and even short breaks to London. It’s ten minutes walk from Osterley tube station (20 mins to London and to Heathrow) and close to local shops and restaurants.
The staff are lovely, gym is small but has everything you need, rooms have kettle, TV, hairdryer and fridge, and the bathrooms are clean and modern.
The picture is the view from the room, a great view of London’s skyline!
