AAndy_dujianExcellent location, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 5. The facilities are great, and the soundproofing is exceptional; you can barely hear any plane noise despite being right next to the airport. Service was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety, starting early at 5:30 AM, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with connecting flights.

GGuest UserVery kind staff has noticed that I was tired and offered free bottled water at the check in. The queue to check in was larger than I would expect. Tried to use their app and home page to try to access digital room key, but was still unsuccessful.

GGudemaolinMy stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.

MM34960****The service was excellent; they immediately changed my room when I mentioned the noise. The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable—I fell asleep quickly. There's a large supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for shopping. However, I found the breakfast at this Holiday Inn to be quite mediocre.

The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful.

Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
