"Lovely place just 15min walk from Portobello Promenade leading to the beach. Great bus connection into Edinburgh city centre. The staff were lovely and food was good. Most of all I liked the clean room (for family of 3), breakfast and very good amenities. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh."
