Very clean and basic amenities. For one night, you won't need much else. Next to service station and also hotel reception has toiletries and refreshments to purchase. Sink is outside bathroom. Tea coffee and hairdryer provided. Good space for storage and clothes. Good wardrobe. However room can become stuffy at night.

It is dated and the A1 is noisy but that’s what you’d expect choosing a hotel next to it. Our trip was fine. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was basic and plenty of it.

The room was not bad, the hotel room in the UK was not big. The box can barely be opened, there is an elevator that is very old, and the next person can carry the luggage. The breakfast is good, the current very warm restaurant service staff is very warm. If you pass by for one night or two nights, it is a more economical and comfortable hotel.

It will be alive in Letchworth, the hotel has the taste of the manor, and the afternoon tea is very comfortable. Although it is relatively biased, it does not matter if the city walks small. There is a parking lot. More powerful than the Broadway station hotel, the fly in the ointment is that breakfast is paid.

I booked and paid for a superior room based on your offer, as I have stayed in this room before. However, I was given a shabby, small room, number 14. It seems rooms 14 and 15 are reserved for guests you no longer wish to see. The explanation from the friendly receptionist was that the hotel was fully booked, which was not true. The spa lacks organization, except on weekends when older women step in to help, solving problems more quickly and efficiently. I am disappointed because it is not fair to deceive customers regarding room types. While the room lacked nothing and was regularly cleaned, it was next to a smelly toilet, and I was promised a superior room but given a standard one, as indicated on the temporary card received upon arrival. However, I must commend the lady who has diligently worked there for 30 years. It would be nice if she were friendly even when not promoting their services. If improvements are not made to the facilities and surroundings, there is no reason for me to return specially after the room switch and no difference in the price.
