"Stayed for one night which was convenient for what I was doing at the time. This is an ideal hotel if going to a concert or something at the Stadium or Arena (or any of the entertainment venues!). There never used to be such luxuries around there and there are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars from which to choose. However, the food and drink provided here is also excellent.
Room clean, staff very polite and efficient. Thanks!"
"The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel graciously accepted my request and provided me with a room on a higher floor. However, the parking spaces were all taken, so I had to park my car at a nearby facility."
"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Wembley Stadium. It provides free parking, and you can exit the car park by entering a code. From there, it's just a 5-minute walk to the stadium."
"Check-in requires a 10-pound handling fee. The service is very good. The facilities are relatively old, but the room is relatively clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to go to the front desk before 10 o'clock every day to request it. The transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station across the road, and Wembley Stadium is a five-minute walk away. The surrounding supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, Chinese food, and fried chicken are all very convenient, basically only a five to ten-minute walk away"
"The hotel service is warm, clean, and tidy, with cozy and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is excellent, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. The front desk sister is also warm and welcoming. The room prices are very reasonable! Gained more than one comfortable and enjoyable stay, as well as worldly fireworks."
"The room size was adequate, and it was clean. The subway station is just 50 meters from the hotel, and breakfast was decent. However, the shower stall in the bathroom only had a half partition, which caused water to splash outside the shower area, making it easy for guests to slip. Also, the flush button on the toilet was awkwardly placed."
"Does not deserve the 4 star rating. Room type booked was deluxe queen room. The room i got was a 2nd floor room in the annex building which was situated under the roof. The room had small roof window which were accessible via a just about shoulder wide alcove . Turning was not possible so you had to walk backwards to get out the alcove. Carpets were old, worn, ripped and stained. The tabel lamp was broken. The shower head in the bathroom was loose and leaking. Bar area I was told by reception was not open during my stay. Overall the hotel is at best 3 star. I should have booked the Premier inn overwhelmed road for maybe 10£ more and would have had more quality and a better stay"
"Beautiful room. It’s got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time."
"Location is good, apartment is spacious and clean. Some hiccup during checkin as the host did not give instructions to reception that online checkin has been completed so it took longer than necessary."
Very Good
