"It was ok. The location is great and that’s what you are paying for really. Right across from Windsor castle. The information says it’s been updated. It has not. The paper on our ceiling was coming down, the bath tub surround was molding, the shower head was not even a shower head but maybe circa 1969’s spout. There was some sort of grease or dirt on the tile below the sink. I wiped it up so the next person would not have to see it as clearly housekeeping did not. The water was hot though so there’s that. The linens were clean. It was good enough for a night I guess."

Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family."

"It was excellent, our room was quite large and was very clean and tidy. The staff at the service desk were very helpful if you needed anything. The location is awesome, right on the Thames river, close to everything, Windsor Castle, pubs, restaurants and shopping. The best was our view out our bedroom window of Windsor Castle. It was stunning. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, nestled in a residential area, so there are hardly any unruly crowds, and the locals are very nice. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and their English is fluent. The rooms are not densely packed, and the staff maintain an appropriate distance, which is appreciated. The breakfast area is clean, and while the selection is simple, the quality is high, and the fruit is fresh. I recommend trying the milk with various cereals. I look forward to visiting again."

"Accommodation in the local bar. The bar downstairs is in the direction of Eton in Windsor. It is very quiet. The bed is suitable for two people. There is no elevator. The wooden stairs are relatively narrow and retro. milk. A very quiet town and more comfortable than London ~ 10 minutes walk from the train station. Dinner in many bars is very good👍"

"I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."

The hotel couldn’t be better situated within the ancient old town of Windsor. We only went to the restaurant for breakfast and this was also at a very high standard. "Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless.
