"The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK."

"It was ok. The location is great and that’s what you are paying for really. Right across from Windsor castle. The information says it’s been updated. It has not. The paper on our ceiling was coming down, the bath tub surround was molding, the shower head was not even a shower head but maybe circa 1969’s spout. There was some sort of grease or dirt on the tile below the sink. I wiped it up so the next person would not have to see it as clearly housekeeping did not. The water was hot though so there’s that. The linens were clean. It was good enough for a night I guess."

"Booked two twin rooms. The environment is really nice, and the manor is huge, so you'll need the manor map to get around. The rooms aren't very spacious, and my main complaint is the lack of air conditioning. If you're going in the summer, I'd seriously reconsider, as the rooms get incredibly stuffy without AC, and they only provide one fan. Breakfast was quite good though."

"The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, nestled in a residential area, so there are hardly any unruly crowds, and the locals are very nice. The hotel staff provide excellent service, and their English is fluent. The rooms are not densely packed, and the staff maintain an appropriate distance, which is appreciated. The breakfast area is clean, and while the selection is simple, the quality is high, and the fruit is fresh. I recommend trying the milk with various cereals. I look forward to visiting again."

"Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service. The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel."

"Pros: Excellent location, right opposite the castle with a shopping street right outside the door. Cons: 1) The room had a musty smell. 2) The cleanliness was terrible. Service: 3) One staff member was very good, but the others we encountered later were not. They didn't even show us to our room. Our room was in an annex building, and they didn't explain that clearly, so we had to drag our luggage around looking for it for a long time. I was so close to losing my temper. Overall, it's very old, not very clean, and not a premium experience."

"I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."

"Accommodation in the local bar. The bar downstairs is in the direction of Eton in Windsor. It is very quiet. The bed is suitable for two people. There is no elevator. The wooden stairs are relatively narrow and retro. milk. A very quiet town and more comfortable than London ~ 10 minutes walk from the train station. Dinner in many bars is very good👍"

"Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)"
