"The hotel should be a famous hotel in the local area! However, it is incomparable with the domestic 4 star hotel. The first hotel is relatively old, and the second hotel's supplies are relatively inferior. Only the staff are still pretty good, attitude is good, only live for one day, so in addition to feeling expensive, feeling worthwhile, the mood is not too bad! One night of transition, nothing to worry about!"

"Rooms were clean and spacious. They come with a small heater as well.Staff were really friendly. But the wifi was not working due to some issues. And the geyser was not working as well which was extremely inconvenient especially since I was travelling during December month. I called the reception regarding the same and they said it is centralised water heater and hence let the cold water flow out first. Even after buckets of water being thrown out, water was not even lukewarm. If hot water is essential for you, centralised heater does not work efficiently."

"On the top of a beautiful hill in the center of the city, there are many ancient buildings nearby. The hotel has three accommodations and three restaurants, all adjacent to each other. The breakfast is very good, and the Asian dishes in the MANDALAY restaurant are also very good. The price/performance ratio is much better than other hotels in Shillong."

Santosh ji at the reception was very friendly, engaging and helped out everyone with suggestions on places to visit, routes and travel plans.

GGuest UserBest in shillong. But the lady manager is very cunning. Never hire hotel cab from them. They will charge you double. Other than than everything is fine. Internet here is having an issue as it connects and again gets disconnected.

GGuest UserRoom are too compact, no ventilation i have booked 2 ac rooms via make mytrip but i was allotted one ac room and another non ac room. Also difficult to find the room and the road outside the hotel is one way traffic road due to which taxi pickup and drop is very difficult. Overall average experience.
