I hope Trip.com can truly present customer reviews. My previous review of the health of this hotel was failed, but it was tampered with by Trip.com. If it is not tampering, how did the general review of 3.5/5.0 come from? This kind of hotel purchases recycled bottled water in bottles and cans without Trip.com washing the floor, right?

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

I like the a shabby chic and clean room. Not so bige, but it is just the right size for solo tourist. Food quality is very good - It is one of the best 3 in Surat. Negative points are ; 1. Even though there were two electric power outlets at the bedside, neither was energized. It was inconvenient because there was only one outlet next to the TV to charge mobile phones. Please make availability the bedside outlet. 2. In case pressing one master switch, the whole room goes black. I want the nightlight to be on. Overall, I felt that the electrical system construction was not well designed. I want you to improve.
