The hotel is on the left side of the train station. The location is convenient. A big hotel with many rooms. Climb a small slope. The single room is very big and the toilet has a big window. The bathroom is also adequate. There is also a refrigerator. The water inside is free. There is no ticket for storage.

The hotel was honestly quite good and modern. The location was pretty decent too, lots of good food around the area. They have a vintage lift system, it is pretty cool, but not exactly my cup of tea as it was a bit tough to use the lift with luggage.

We are very happy with the stay. The location is very good. The service was very good, all the staff were very efficient. Our check-out took place at 10 a.m. but our flight was only 19 a.m. so they got a place to leave our baggage until 17 a.m. when we went to the airport. The breakfast and room facilities were also in line with our views.

The location is very good, near Ferrari Square, it is very convenient to walk and stroll. The front desk service is good and very friendly. There is a supermarket nearby.
The breakfast variety is very small, and I have not seen any change for a few days, and it feels not in line with the hotel's breakfast fee. Stayed at many other hotels in Europe, and the breakfast at this hotel was not satisfactory.

Beautiful hotel with great atmosphere of palazzo! Streets on back side are narrow and interesting to visit. Street cafes and small shops all around. Walking to central square is 7-10 minutes.

The hotel is very close to the airport, not far from the metro and train station. It's convenient to eat nearby. There are several Chinese restaurants. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was plentiful. Especially the boss, President Zhao, is considerate and very familiar with the local people and gives you good suggestions for travel.

LLizzi BrownThe hotel was in a great location opposite the train station, we arrived quite late in the evening but had no issue checking in.
It was clean, comfortable and had toiletries in the en suite.
There were free tea making facilities downstairs and a vending machine for coffee.
The breakfast was very good, continental with a lot of choices and also scrambled eggs and sausages. There was plenty to go around and staff were continually filling up empty dishes of food with fresh.
The coffee was very good!
I would definitely stay here again for value for money and ease of the location.

CClairmaBeds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was very hot during the night which made it hard to sleep. Despite air conditioning being advertised and being turned on in our room, it wasn’t actually on and there was nothing we could do to turn it on.

They helped us order dinner since we arrived very late and the service was already closed, excellent service, highly recommended!!!!

Cchiwaithe location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable.

GGuest UserThe room is very close to the station and in the center of Genoa. You can store your luggage for free. The front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast is small and there is freshly made coffee. The only drawback is that the elevator room is a bit small. If you are not looking for the facilities and services of a star hotel, this hotel is a good choice.

Llc1898Excellent 4-star hotel located in the ancient port a stone's throw from the historic center in front of the aquarium.
I booked a room with a balcony and a view of the port and I was very satisfied both for the cleanliness and for the ample space available, including 4 Lavazza coffee capsules with relative machine, a 1/2 liter bottle of water in the room in addition to the various infusions to use with the kettle.
Very friendly and helpful staff, the dining room very well furnished in ship style with ropes and sail inserts but not intrusive.
Buffet breakfast with a wide choice and excellent ingredients, cappuccino or coffee made on the spot and served at the table.
Even if for one night it is an experience to be repeated
