"Ctrip's service made check-in incredibly smooth; I just needed to present my passport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Station's west exit. The room was a bit dated, but perfectly adequate. A major plus was the men's communal bath on the first floor; daily soaks and showers there were incredibly refreshing and helped me unwind after a long day. The laundry room was conveniently located directly across from the bath. Breakfast was nothing special, but it was sufficient."

"The most satisfying hotel of this trip! The room offers an unobstructed view of Mount Fuji, a truly breathtaking sight. It's within walking distance to the outlet mall, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and clothing shops nearby, plus a forest park. They offer free curry beef rice in the evenings and free coffee and tea at the front desk. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though the hot springs are a bit basic. I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"The hotel is next to Gotemba station. And there is shuttle bus to outlet. Is convenient. The triple room size is reasonably fine for 3 person. With 2 big luggages once open not must space to move about. Reached ard 8pm and no parking lot at hotel carpark. Need to park outside about 2/3 mins drive away and it dark difficult to find the carpark even thought instruction given. Nee to pay 1300 yen. Front desk, breakfast place, pay laundry machine, water dispenser all at level 1. Quite small areas. Overall is fine since we only stay for a night"

"This hotel is conveniently located very close to Gotemba Premium Outlets, making it ideal for guests arriving in the afternoon and leaving the next day, as you can drop off your luggage and shop light. Some rooms and the lobby offer a direct view of Mount Fuji, which is spectacular on a clear day. There are five hot spring baths, which is quite a lot, and kids really enjoy them. The less-than-ideal part is the 10 AM check-out, while the earliest bus from Gotemba to Tokyo Station isn't until 3 PM. If you've already finished shopping the day before, those five hours the next morning can be a bit hard to pass."

A true hidden gem - i wish we booked for more than one day :( our room had a sauna and a jetted tub plus a microwave and fridge, breakfast table, sofa and water fountain as well as a humongous TV! We also took advantage of the free laundry services they have! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!"

"This is a modern and stylish hotel located at the foot of Mount Fuji in Japan. It's incredibly convenient with a Daiso and Uniqlo right next door. After breakfast, you can easily visit the nearby outlet mall, where everyone seemed to be enjoying popsicles."

"Beautiful hotel, well connected, plenty of facilities - hot springs/sauna, free ice-cream/probiotic drinks, late evening ramen (not for vegans), fuji view foot massage, nearby park, bicycle rides! For vegetarian/vegan, limited options for food, but otherwise exceptional! Comfortable room and stay!"

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, right near a highway exit, but there's a huge outlet mall nearby, and I had a very fruitful shopping trip there 😄. The hotel's cleanliness and service were quite good; it's been open for over 10 years, but it still feels as new as ever. What's especially worth mentioning is that the hotel's dining service exceeded expectations, the teppanyaki was superb 👍. I was also lucky enough to see Mount Fuji 🗻 from the hotel!"

"The location is excellent, and the free parking was very convenient. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window was truly wonderful. The onsen (hot spring) was also fantastic, completely relaxing both body and mind. We loved being able to enjoy a soak in both the morning and evening. We'll definitely come back again!"

"Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !! the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!"
