"We recently stayed at this charming new hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of the city, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip. One of the things we appreciated most was the value for money — the room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the location and what was included. If you're driving, parking is no issue at all. There’s a parking area right behind the hotel, and the front desk offers discount coupons to help reduce the cost — a small touch that goes a long way. What made this hotel especially ideal for us was how easy it was to explore the city on foot. From the hotel, we walked to the Musical Instrument Museum and visited several other nearby attractions without needing to move the car. After a half day of exploring, we simply drove about 10 minutes to reach Yamaha Innovation Road, which was another highlight of our trip. While the hotel is on the smaller side, it never felt cramped. In fact, it gave off a cozy, boutique vibe that made our stay feel personal and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and their signature dish — the grilled eel fried rice — was absolutely delicious. It’s a must-try if you’re staying here! The hotel also provides thoughtful amenities, including yukata robes, quality shampoo and soap, and even a humidifier in the room — perfect for keeping the air comfortable during dry seasons. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or helping with parking, their service truly stood out. All in all, this hotel offered a blend of convenience, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. If you're visiting the area and want a peaceful base with easy access to city attractions, excellent service, and that rare feeling of being genuinely welcomed — this is the place. We’d gladly stay here again."

"The location is incredibly convenient, with a Family Mart and a restaurant right downstairs, and the station just next door. Even for those driving, parking is available at a reasonable 1000 yen per day. The hotel rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It would be absolutely perfect if the price were just a little bit lower."

"Close to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous."

"The location of the hotel is good. The railway station is only 5 minutes away by bus. There are many buses that can reach it, so it’s very convenient. There are not many rooms in the hotel. We stayed on 9/F. There are only 8 rooms on the entire floor. Since I was assigned a room at the end of the room at the beginning, I wanted to transfer because of my personal psychology. The staff are very nice and can arrange other rooms👍🏻 The room is large, stylish and dark, and the stay is quite comfortable. The equipment and supplies are completeUnexpectedly, even hair clips are available! The TV is a smart TV that can connect to YouTube  There is also a humidifier, so you don’t have to worry about your skin getting dry in winter. The house price is not expensive. In summary, the price/performance ratio is very good. Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and basic breakfast items. The food is exactly the same as the breakfast poster Served from 6:30am to 9:30am. Most of them are delicious. It was also full of people and almost full during breakfast time."

"There was a scene where the facilities were older than I had imagined and I felt inconvenience. For example, it is difficult to adjust the temperature of the hot water in the bathroom and it is easy to get hot, so be careful. There is no free parking on the premises, and there is a parking lot that can be parked in front of the hotel for several cars (1,200 yen a day) or 800 yen."

The counter is fast and the lobby is spacious. Very convenient. But the overall is older and the room is too. The environment is good, the breakfast is rich, I forgot to take photos, and the room facilities are average."

"The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again"
