"The worst hotel I ever stayed. Didn’t value customer. They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person. However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast. They denied promising on the buffet breakfast.
It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee.
We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.
The following are the replied form hotel on our feedback:
Convey check-in instructions
Please note that your booking includes breakfast, but it is not guaranteed to be a buffet. Breakfast is typically served buffet-style at the restaurant Ilikai, featuring Okinawan, Japanese, and Western dishes made with island vegetables, along with desserts. However, depending on guest numbers and conditions on the day, a set menu may be provided instead. We kindly ask for your understanding that the buffet may be replaced with a Japanese- Western set menu based on reservation availability."
"Pros:
We were upgraded to a family room, which was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. The small table on the tatami area was perfect for a relaxing drink.
All the essential facilities were available. Apart from the bathroom feeling a bit dated, the hotel was generally good and quite clean.
There's a direct bus service from the airport to the hotel; we took the Airport Bus OAS on this trip.
The aquarium is relatively close. We couldn't find a taxi on the fireworks night and had to walk for 30 minutes, though it's typically just a 5-minute taxi ride.
Breakfast was decent, but the selection wasn't extensive, so it might get repetitive if you're staying for many days.
Cons:
The pillows had a strange smell, and even after requesting several replacements, we encountered the same issue. Luckily, we had brought our own pillowcases.
It seemed daily housekeeping wasn't provided by default. We returned to find our room hadn't been touched. Fortunately, we ran into a staff member and asked them to clear the trash and replenish our drinking water."
"The entrance to the room was stunning, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was conveniently a ten-minute drive from the aquarium, with a shuttle service also available. Many nearby dining options were available, and the sea views were lovely. We chose not to have breakfast due to the price 3300 yen. Free parking was plentiful. However, we did find that the air conditioning could be improved, as a setting of 20 degrees was insufficiently cool. Additionally, the pool's operating hours (9 AM to 6 PM) seemed somewhat limited, and the gym could benefit from additional strength training equipment. However, I would definitely recommend staying here and would return."
"Nice accommodation but the cost is slightly on the high side. Check in /out is easy and fast. Not able to arrange for breakfast when we reach there is kind of disappointing. Some aircon in the rooms are not working very well and it affected our sleep."
"Love the ocean view room, however they gave me a room on the second floor and they are always taxi waiting outside and sometimes the diver smokes and it gets into the room.
There are a microwave, stove (no pots/pans, cutlery and tableware), fridge and a washing machine (you can turn the shower area into a dryer by using the setting) available in the room. Detergent can be purchased for 100yen from the front desk. I used the paid parking (1000 yen) as it was raining - the parking area next to it is for hospital visitors, park at your own risk.
Location wise, you will need a car to get around. Or else, metered taxi are easily available as it is right next to a hospital. You will need to drive out most of the time, as the restaurants nearby are very limited and closes early. There is no access to beach as it is a sea wall.
Take note of the check in time as it opens till 8pm only."
"It is convenient to reach the resort via express bus from Naha Bus Terminal or from the airport. Bus 117 goes directly to the resort front lobby, a 2.5 hours Bus ride as we did not drive. Once you alighted from the bus, you are greeted by the emerald-coloured sea, made me felt so relaxed and worth the bus ride. The room is big and overlooked the sea, I can sit at the balcony and enjoy the view with a cup of tea all day long. The resort is within the Ocean Expo Park, so can just walk to the Okinawa Chutaumi Aquarium and the various sites. The Emerald beach is right in front of the resort and can just walk over after breakfast to enjoy the cool sea breeze and sea water. We will definitely stay at this resort again if we come back to okinawa again."
"The ocean view was great, and the living room was spacious, so it was perfect for four people to stay. In particular, it was my first time staying at a place that had a washing machine and dryer, so it was really convenient to be able to easily handle my laundry. It seems like the best hotel for multiple people to stay at."
"We decided to stay in the north for two extra days on a whim. Since the hotel was sold out, we booked an apartment 100 meters away. We were very satisfied. It had everything you need, including a washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, pots, pans, and a microwave. Remember to check your emails when checking in. It's self-service, and you'll be given a PIN in advance to retrieve your key from a lockbox at the door. There are plenty of supermarkets in Nago City, so we bought some food and made dinner for the kids."
"The room had a large tatami mat, a thermos kettle, and a view of the large lawn and Genki Village from the window. Unfortunately, the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area. The shower soaked the paper towels, so be careful when exiting the shower! It's easy to fall!
Also, the hotel has a partnership with Genki Village, and guests will receive coupons for Genki Village activities upon check-in. However, if you've already booked online for Genki Village, you won't receive cash back; you'll need to book in person to qualify."
"The person of the hotel responded politely. The facilities were new and comfortable. Breakfast is fine. It is a quiet and good environment to refresh."

Outstanding
JJoyceY.Spacious. Clean. Good location. Convenient to go around if you drive
CCoop84Lovely home style setting with great views. Rooms have a nice balcony to watch the sunset. Run by a couple who were very friendly. Large room with fridge / crockery and cooking facilities. Ideal if you have a car as it’s a little drive up the hill but not too far. Very cute, would recommend
AAnonymous UserIt was amazing!
The room was spacious and very clean.
It also had a drum-type washer/dryer, which was great because my laundry was completely dry by the next morning.
It was almost too big for two people, lol.
There was extra bedding, so it would have been fun to stay with a group of 5-6 people. (The neighbors are private, so making noise outside might be a nuisance, though...)
On the day, we walked to a nearby shabu-shabu restaurant, but it seemed like there weren't many restaurants nearby at night, so it might have been nice to bring your own ingredients and cook in the kitchen. (All the dishes and cooking utensils were provided.)
At night, there were no lights around, so the stars were clearly visible and it was beautiful.
The entrance to the parking lot was a little hard to find (it was a very narrow road), and during the day, there were a lot of tourists on electric scooters, making it difficult to turn around. I wish I had checked the map beforehand.
Also, there were a lot of bugs and geckos, so be careful if you're not very good with them.
AAaaronnGreat sea view, but unfortunately you can see the power lines
But it does not diminish its charm
The room is very spacious
It is comparable to a place where a family of two or three lives.
Dry and wet separation
There is a semi-open kitchen with complete cooking utensils
The room was almost spotless
Feel at home
Leaving the hotel is a beautiful seaside promenade
There are cute cats
Good weather at dusk
You will see a nearly perfect sunset

TThai happyThe guesthouse is located in the countryside. Not very convenient, but really quiet and peaceful. I spent a relaxing time there, sleeping early and awaking early everyday. The owners are very nice. The breakfasts every morning are tasty. The house is full of Beatles’ posters and discs. I love the vintage vibe so much.
The cleanliness is acceptable. There were some little geckos and insects in the room. But it was understandable because of the location.
The wifi is not working. I was compelled to take a social detox. Lol.
ああずまひろきThe location and the atmosphere of the room were very nice and there was a massage machine and I was able to relax. The Fukugi Namiki in Bise was also close and had a nice experience.
If you give one week point, it is a waste that the cleaning is not well done. There was a dirt in the bath and a small pond stain seen from the bath. I think it's perfect if it's improved!
GGuest UserThe speedboat that is out of Naha's port is out to Watakuji port and is located a few minutes walk from there. It is also close to the bus stop and supermarket and is conveniently located. The owner was not only familiar with eating and drinking, but also familiar with useful information such as snorkeling and cafes, so it was easy to consult for travel and was very helpful. You can also use kitchen (free) and washing machine (paid) so it is recommended for those who want to travel.
AAlex_wkkBackpackers are very suitable, but there are not many restaurants near the location that need to be walked, but the price is affordable, and the basic facilities are available (microwave, refrigerator). If you live for a few days, you can have the opportunity to participate in the water activities of the land.
LLeong Lai KhengNice house & location, easy to get there, clear, convenient to get food & store, peaceful, this is the best accommodation on our Okinawa trip, strongly recommend. 🥰
ケケイラーThe location was very good! However, I felt that it would be nice if I could improve the cooler facilities in the corridor that went to the annex room and the lighting was dark and the child was a little scared.
Also, the venue was very close to the fireworks festival at the headquarters, so I felt that it would be nice if the appearance and interior were more beautiful.
