"Great location. Room size is huge. Bed is comfortable. Ventilation along the corridor is a problem as there's persistent food smell but fortunately it does not affect the room. Public bath is ok."

"It's well located next to the conference center. The staff is friendly and efficient. But this hotel lacks some facilities as a five star hotel. They don't even have a bar, but they have a sake lounge with machines that you can taste different sake. The hotel has a very nice observation floor on the top with a cafe & souvenir shop that you can see the whole city of Kobe. It was a good experience in general."

"Quite an old hotel, air conditioner is centrally controlled. Would be nice if the ventilation is better. Location is good, near Bandai City and Niigata station. The view from Bandai City facing the river is great."

"The Art Hotel Niigata Station's location is very ideal. It has a sheltered link way to the Train Station. There are also many shops around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Definitely worth revisiting."

"I walk a little from the station, but considering the degree of facilities, it is an ant. I had a very comfortable time with a large communal bath, two restaurants, and a 24-hour convenience store. It is a place where you can walk to Mandai City, so it is easy to go shopping. I booked with a plan without breakfast, but I had it attached only 1 days during my stay at check-in. (1800 yen) It was very delicious. After checking out, I was able to ask for luggage storage. It's a little far from the station, but it was good to choose here!"

"・Parking is available at the multi-storey car park opposite, where you can issue a commuter pass and pay in advance for your stay, which allows unlimited entry and exit. ・Breakfast is buffet style, which was great for me as I have dietary restrictions as I could choose only the items I could eat and eat small amounts. ・There is a large public bath, which is great, although there is a time limit. ・There are many restaurants nearby where you can eat local seafood, so I felt that Basho was in a great location for people who want to enjoy a meal. ・There are souvenir shops and the local arcade shopping street right in front of the hotel, so you can purchase souvenirs such as agricultural products, seafood, and sasamochi. ・There is a roadside station 5km away within the prefecture, so you can purchase crabs and other items there and have them delivered to your home. ・The Wi-Fi security was also fine, and the security software did not indicate any risk."

"The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though."
