"Still as good as ever! Convenience! First choice for Lone Rangers, Niseko cost-effective choice in the snow season! The only change was that the hotel cancelled the on-demand shuttle bus to and from Hirafu and other major locations, and going out in the evening was a problem."
"Every year, I used to come to Niseko for skiing and stay here. Due to the pandemic, I hadn't been back for a few years. This time, restarting my ski trip, I chose to stay at the Hilton Niseko Village again, and it still feels as warm and wonderful as ever. Although there haven't been any new changes to the hotel rooms and facilities, being right on the slopes offers fantastic visual effects. You can see the ski runs and fellow skiers directly from your room. Since we came earlier this year, only the beginner and intermediate slopes were open, which was perfect for us powderhounds who hadn't skied in years to practice our basics. The hotel environment is comfortable and well-equipped, with a bar, hot springs, restaurants, a ski rental and service center, and complimentary shuttle services at various times, meeting all our needs. What really stood out this time was the exceptional service. Hilton's management style is truly on point – the attention to detail, every smile, and every greeting made us feel constantly cared for and looked after. From the servers to the team leaders, supervisors, and managers, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic, making our ski journey truly enjoyable. We're already planning to stay here again next March!"
"We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will!
We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided.
The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station.
Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner.
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us.
Highly recommend this place!"
"The room was quite spacious for three adults. Breakfast and dinner were included in the meal plan, both served buffet style. The variety of dishes was decent, and the steak and soba noodles at dinner were particularly good. It's definitely a great place for ski enthusiasts. However, it's located at the very end of one of Niseko's deepest ski resorts, so if you want to try other dining options, you'll have to take a bus, which costs money and only runs once an hour."
"I had a very nice stay here in winter. The snow was heavy and covered the cottage. It is so beautiful. They provide good amenities include the heater and kitchen. But the location was not ideal for public transportation. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km from the cottage -Fujiyama ( bus to Niseko station or any ski resort). However GoTaxi apps are available to save you. And the nearest convenient store 7E is about 1.7km from the cottage. I love to stay here and hopes to coming back next time. And from the cottage you will see a very nice view of Mount Yotei as well."
"Right outside the door are the ticket office and gondola for Niseko Village ski resort – incredibly convenient! There's also a shuttle bus to the other three resorts. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and you can even see Mount Yotei from there! The lobby on the first floor has a small supermarket, hot springs, and ski storage. The overall service is top-notch, truly exceptional! Plus, the staff speak English, Chinese, and Japanese, so there are no communication worries at all. And you definitely have to try the dinner buffet on the second floor; it's fantastic. If you turn left when you go out, there's a small commercial area called Niseko-Yo where you can eat and buy ski gear."
"My first visit in this hotel. I love the size of the room and the cleaniness. However, the bed is abit hard and the pillow is super hard. Requested to change to softer pillow but hotel staff said all pillow is the same.
Onsen is fabulous! Clean and spacious, with outdoor onsen as well. I go everyday.
Ski , free shuttle bus service to reach ski area around 15-20mins. There is a ski rental service inside the hotel as well.
Breakfast is ok, not alot of food available but the scenery is great! Especially every morning when snow flakes are huge and covered with snow everywhere, large window to view the scenery.
Would recommend as this hotel is quite near to ski area and the onsen. Would come back again"
"Goshiki is a skiers dream come true!!! Ideally located outside of niseko’s high traffic and a step off the stairs away from skinning up a the mountain from Giving it moderate ratings is only because it’s an older structure with minimal maintenance,…. Rooms were very nice and clean and the waters are rich in minerals. Staying here allows for exclusive 24hr onsen access. Pools get busy after 3-7pm when skiers are finishing up their day,… Go enjoy its traditional rustic building while they’re standing. Seems like within 5-10 years it will be developed and owned by a foreign tycoon!
Bring your own food,,.. vending machines have beer only,…"
"Stayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good.
Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy.
There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes.
The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on.
Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day.
The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip.
It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this.
Overall good reviews, I will continue to choose next time."
"Ski-in, ski-out hotel, very convenient, this ski hotel is impeccable! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made me feel warm. The hotel is in an excellent location, right outside the ski resort, very convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains outside the window, as if I were in a fairy tale world. The facilities are complete, hot springs and gyms are all available, and a hot spring bath after skiing is simply the ultimate enjoyment. The food in the restaurant is also amazing, with both local and international flavors, and every meal is unforgettable. Whether it is service, environment or experience, this hotel is perfect, it is definitely a paradise for ski lovers!"
