Amazing
TTommaso 李先生Very convenient if you are planning to do some skiing in Niseko, great dinner menu and amazing lounge with a fireplace and complementary wine. Breakfast is Japanese style with no alternatives, the staff is nice but calling a taxi is mission impossible and everyone is quite dismissive with the guests, like there is no taxi and that’s not our problem, in a hotel this expensive it should be your problem whether you like it or not.
GGuest User## The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Niseko | Summer Solitude, Mountain Breezes & Rejuvenation
My first visit to Niseko instantly charmed me with its summer appeal – uncrowded and picturesque, with refreshing breezes. It's the perfect escape from the summer heat, offering exceptional value for money and making it an ideal choice for a secluded getaway. The hotel boasts a minimalist yet refined decor, perfectly blending the sophistication of a high-end urban hotel with the serene ambiance of the natural mountain surroundings. Attention to detail is impeccable, and the service team is exceptionally thoughtful and meticulous, making guests feel completely at ease.
Regarding dining, breakfast offers a delightful combination of à la carte and buffet options, with an extensive and nutritious selection. For dinner, I'd suggest exploring nearby restaurants for better value and variety. Its location is truly a 'hidden gem' – secluded yet convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski village's commercial area, which even in summer has a pleasant buzz. For those driving, it offers privacy and convenience. Guests without a car can easily connect via the Hilton hotel next to the ski slope, ensuring clear and efficient transportation.
Niseko, beautiful year-round, truly transforms into a ski paradise in winter. The hotel's exclusive gondola serves as a 'private access lane,' offering genuine ski-in/ski-out convenience. Paired with a master-designed night illumination show, it adds a romantic touch to the snowy evenings. Compared to other popular ski resorts, this area feels more tranquil and private, making it especially ideal for families or discerning travelers seeking a premium experience.
Undoubtedly, the standout features are the exclusive ski-in/ski-out gondola and the resort's appealing atmosphere, perfect for both summer and winter. The off-peak season, priced at nearly half of peak season rates, offers outstanding value. It's highly recommended for guests who value tranquility and appreciate meticulous service – whether it's a summer escape from the heat or a winter ski adventure, guests will find a double delight of comfort and serenity here.
GGuest UserStayed for six nights. The room was very clean. The service attitude was very good.
Dinner was a traditional Japanese set meal. The ingredients were fresh and healthy. My wife was pregnant and couldn't eat raw food, so the menu was changed. I was allergic to seafood later, so the menu was also changed. One day I missed dinner and went to Annupuri North for a buffet. I felt that the ingredients were not as fresh as this hotel. Maybe because of the buffet, the taste was also heavy.
There were not many things for breakfast, but the cakes were amazing. I felt that they could be comparable to some dessert shops. There were several kinds of cakes.
The hot spring scenery was good, there was an outdoor hot spring in the middle of the forest, the atmosphere was very good, and there was a lounge with massage chairs, drinks and so on.
Then the room was praised for two large pots of water every day.
The room is estimated to be about 30 square meters, and it doesn't feel like the 19 square meters mentioned on Ctrip.
It takes 5 minutes to ski to Annupuri. Annupuri ski resort is relatively small but less crowded. Every day, we go to the top and then ski to Hirafu. One day, the windy cable car did not reach the top, so we could only ski in Annupuri, unless we took a bus to go there. Please pay attention to this.
Overall good reviews, I will continue to choose next time.
FFPYFantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests.
Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise.
Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you.
All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful.
Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner.
The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the moiwa snow field. It takes a few minutes to turn around. It is convenient for skiing. The hotel provides Western breakfast with cereal, bread yogurt, and egg milk bacon. You can eat it. The clerk is a European beauty. It is also more enthusiastic. You can also buy a discounted elevator ticket for the snow field. Unfortunately, there is no ski rental, basically all Europeans and Americans are staying, 6 people mixed dormitory is OK.
