"An old-fashioned business hotel with a good location and its own parking lot. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The problem I encountered was that the wifi password was on the TV introduction screen in the room. I searched for it for a long time because I don't have the habit of turning on the TV in the hotel. I laughed my ass off. Hahaha. It's very convenient for living alone"

Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)"

"About a 10-minute walk from JR Utsunomiya East Exit, the hotel is relatively new with clean facilities. Toiletries can be picked up in the lobby. There aren't many dining options nearby; the West Exit area is more lively. It's a suitable stopover for those traveling to Nikko and Kinugawa."

"The address is very convenient, there is a bus station downstairs of the hotel. But the parking lot 🅿️ is very small, you can only find a parking space nearby, which is not very convenient for pushing luggage, but overall it is not bad!"

"The hotel is located just a few minutes from the west exit of Utsunomiya Station, and there is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it was very convenient. It is nice to be able to have a drink and a meal in front of the station before returning to the hotel. There is no large public bath, but there are discount tickets for Namdaemun (a spa facility 8 minutes walk from the station) on the front floor. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet selection was not luxurious, but it was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. The step in the bathroom and the height of the bathtub are a little high. Watch your step."
