XXiangcong@Facilities: The facilities are quite complete.
Hygiene: The hygiene is good.
Environment: You can see the hotel when you come out of Utsunomiya Station. There is a dumpling restaurant next to it and a 711 opposite. The Japanese food downstairs is delicious and affordable.
Service: There is an older waitress who smiles, but we are a group of 6 people and 3 standard rooms are all the last rooms, located on the 2nd, 6th and 14th floors. I want to say that it was selected for us individually?

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The onsen (hot spring) facility was a fantastic bonus—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring.
One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a McDonald’s just downstairs, which was great for quick meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it’s close to public transport and attractions, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, relaxing onsen, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserLocated just a few minutes' walk from Utsunomiya Station, it's ideal for business trips and sightseeing.
Check-in and check-out are self-service, so there's no stress.
The hotel and rooms are generally well-maintained, so we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences.
The gyoza set meal at Hotel Mukaeamae's restaurant was delicious.

GGuest010203While distance-wise was close to the station, the hotel was located on a quieter set of the station. With that said, rooms are amazing clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here and recommend for visitors to consider this hotel!

GGuest UserIt is a little worried that there is no convenience store in the neighborhood of the facility. However, there is no problem because some things can be purchased in the facility. Since a free shuttle bus is circling Utsunomiya station and TOBU Utsunomiya station, it was easy to use the movement in front of the station. If it is a deluxe type cabin, there is a small desk, so you can work on a PC without problems.

予予備校講師室The location is a little closer to the JR line, but it's also within walking distance of the Tobu station, and it's close to convenience stores and the downtown area.
The room was particularly perfect and I had a very pleasant stay.
It was a shame that I couldn't ventilate the room as I didn't know how to open the window.

TTAKENORIThere is a humidifier in the room, which is very grateful for this season. The large communal bath, breakfast and coffee service (Doutor!) are all available but low price. I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. I want to use it again.

AAlly2023Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

AAlalalThis hotel has convenient facilities nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind and polite. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-driving tours. The breakfast is also good. You can give it a try.

ひひまわり＊I stayed here from New Year's Eve to the New Year with a friend.
The minimum amenities were provided (comb, toothbrush, body towel, cotton swabs, slippers, pajamas, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and face soap). There were about three types of tea, including thong type. There was also a hair dryer, teapot, and three types of glasses for each person, so it was comfortable.
※The hair dryer has a fairly strong wind and dries pretty quickly!
※Four hangers, Febreze included
※Microwaves and other items can be shared in front of the elevator on the same floor.
There was a Family Mart right next to the hotel building, so it was convenient to get water and other necessities!
◯The only drawbacks are as follows.
・There was dust above the entrance to the room, in the bathroom vent, and under the bedside table.
・There is no place to dry bath towels, and no bathroom dryer, so it's difficult to find a place to dry towels.
I only stayed one night, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience, so I recommend it for short-term use (less than a week).
For better or worse, it's worth the price (the building itself is old), so I think it's for people who don't have high expectations and want to use it cheaply.
