"This hotel is conveniently located to the left when you exit JR Utsunomiya Station's west exit. There's also an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, which is super handy.
While there are plenty of restaurants nearby, you can also dine at the hotel's first-floor restaurant. The hotel entrance is on the second floor, and amenities are available at the front desk. Shampoo and conditioner are provided in the room, along with pajamas, slippers, and a hairdryer.
Overall, it's a very clean hotel, and I would definitely want to stay here again if I come to Utsunomiya!"

"Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights."

"It was a reservation on the day, so it was not a main building but a stay at an annex a little far away. The main building is a common business hotel, but the annex is not a business hotel with a feeling of renovating the apartment. I was worried about the smell of less 々 because the kitchen and bedroom are in the same space (so-called one room in the apartment). Also, there is a veranda, but there is only a fence of height that can easily invade, so there is less 々 security anxiety. I thought it was dangerous to leave the window open."

"They gave us a very spacious room. My wife was so excited to have a view of the LRT! She moved the sofa and watched the whole time. I'm so grateful for such a wonderful room.

"Sheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)"

"The location is a little closer to the JR line, but it's also within walking distance of the Tobu station, and it's close to convenience stores and the downtown area.
The room was particularly perfect and I had a very pleasant stay.
It was a shame that I couldn't ventilate the room as I didn't know how to open the window."

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The onsen (hot spring) facility was a fantastic bonus—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring.
One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a McDonald’s just downstairs, which was great for quick meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it’s close to public transport and attractions, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, relaxing onsen, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThere are many restaurants in Utsunomiya city, so it was fun at night and we went bar-hopping a lot. We were able to return to the hotel quickly and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient. We stayed on the 12th floor, which felt luxurious. The card key and the nightgown on the hanger were nice, but the air conditioning was old and the vents were dirty, which made my throat hurt. The shower had weak water pressure, but the bathroom was spacious and that was fine. Are there many hotels these days that don't provide lotion-type amenities? Breakfast was expensive, so I went to a nearby bakery to buy some.

Check-in and check-out are self-service, so there's no stress.
The hotel and rooms are generally well-maintained, so we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences.
The gyoza set meal at Hotel Mukaeamae's restaurant was delicious.

GGuest UserIt is a little worried that there is no convenience store in the neighborhood of the facility. However, there is no problem because some things can be purchased in the facility. Since a free shuttle bus is circling Utsunomiya station and TOBU Utsunomiya station, it was easy to use the movement in front of the station. If it is a deluxe type cabin, there is a small desk, so you can work on a PC without problems.

ひひまわり＊I stayed here from New Year's Eve to the New Year with a friend.
The minimum amenities were provided (comb, toothbrush, body towel, cotton swabs, slippers, pajamas, bath towel, face towel, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and face soap). There were about three types of tea, including thong type. There was also a hair dryer, teapot, and three types of glasses for each person, so it was comfortable.
※The hair dryer has a fairly strong wind and dries pretty quickly!
※Four hangers, Febreze included
※Microwaves and other items can be shared in front of the elevator on the same floor.
There was a Family Mart right next to the hotel building, so it was convenient to get water and other necessities!
◯The only drawbacks are as follows.
・There was dust above the entrance to the room, in the bathroom vent, and under the bedside table.
・There is no place to dry bath towels, and no bathroom dryer, so it's difficult to find a place to dry towels.
I only stayed one night, so I was able to use it without any inconvenience, so I recommend it for short-term use (less than a week).
For better or worse, it's worth the price (the building itself is old), so I think it's for people who don't have high expectations and want to use it cheaply.
