GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and comfortable. The hotel is about a 25 min drive from Nikko and has free parking. It's located within a little amusement village with an onsen, a farmers market and a brewery. Good value for a Nikko area hotel

Hygiene: The hygiene is good.
Environment: You can see the hotel when you come out of Utsunomiya Station. There is a dumpling restaurant next to it and a 711 opposite. The Japanese food downstairs is delicious and affordable.
Service: There is an older waitress who smiles, but we are a group of 6 people and 3 standard rooms are all the last rooms, located on the 2nd, 6th and 14th floors. I want to say that it was selected for us individually?

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The onsen (hot spring) facility was a fantastic bonus—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring.
One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. There’s a McDonald’s just downstairs, which was great for quick meals or late-night snacks. Plus, it’s close to public transport and attractions, making it easy to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, relaxing onsen, and excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom : Spacious. I like the most.
Food : Breakfast - Simple but nice and tasty too.
Facilities : Laundry - cheaper and convenience. If you don't have coin, you can always go to their receptionist counter and ask for the change.
Extra : Iron & Iron Board - you can request at the counter.
Check In : Super easy and fast (provided that you have all the docs ready. Just give the booking number & passport to them)

GGuest UserClose to the train station less than 10 min walking, two convini just at few meters from the hotel, a bar at first floor, the room bigger that the standard for Japanese hotels, with ac, big tv, water boiler, fridge, free bottle of water, modern decoration. Staff very kind and helpful. Nice view from my window.

GGuest UserIt is very close to Utsunomiya Station and is very convenient for travel. The yakiniku restaurant next to it is very delicious and the quality of the wagyu is very good. However, the breakfast in the hotel is too delicious and I can't eat even a little bit.

TTAKENORIThere is a humidifier in the room, which is very grateful for this season. The large communal bath, breakfast and coffee service (Doutor!) are all available but low price. I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. I want to use it again.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is good; it's about a 5 or 6-minute walk from the west exit of the JR station. However, the facilities are somewhat outdated. The trip to Utsunomiya was for convenience when heading to Nikko the next day, and the money paid was only enough for a capsule hotel stay in Tokyo, so there's nothing to complain about.
