Variety, beautiful presentation, constantly refilling the menu, everything hot and fresh, simply wonderful! And this despite being fully booked. Next to the hotel, there's an excellent 24-hour restaurant with a dining room and private booths. Inexpensive, delicious, convenient, beautiful, and clean! Shymkent Plaza, the market, the bus station to Tashkent, and more are all within five minutes. Excellent internet. I highly recommend it; we'll definitely be back."

"Excellent stay — clean, cosy & delicious cookies! I had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton. From the moment I checked in, everything felt well-organized and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean — not just in the rooms but also in hallways, elevators and common areas. The overall atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home. The staff were polite, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and of course I have to mention the famous DoubleTree cookies — warm, fresh and honestly the best I’ve tried in any hotel chain. A small touch, but it sets the tone right away. The room itself was quiet, well-designed and had a very comfortable bed. Everything worked perfectly — great water pressure, good lighting, fast Wi-Fi and quality toiletries. Soundproofing was also excellent, which made it easy to rest. Breakfast had a good selection and was constantly refreshed. I also appreciated the calm atmosphere in the dining area — no rush and no noise. Overall, a great balance of comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free and pleasant hotel experience."
