TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

Very spacious and clean. Very helpful receptionists. There were not many travelers staying, so we had room to ourselves. The bus station is right in the front so it is nice..

The suite is quite comfortable and is a good value hotel in Kazakhstan. It is in the city center. Turn left and walk along the sidewalk after leaving the hotel. Do not cross the road. Turn left and there is a good restaurant. The name is in the third picture. It is not listed in reviews and TripAdvisor. It is a halal restaurant. The taste is very good and the price is touching. It is not easy for two people to eat for more than 200 yuan. Those who cannot drink alcohol should pay attention. There is at least one guy in each class who can speak English and help order food.

Good evening, I recently stayed at the Metropol Hotel and I'm genuinely delighted I chose this particular hotel. The staff were amazing – very polite and always helpful with my requests. The hotel restaurant is superb and serves delicious, generously sized dishes. Even though I'm not a small eater myself, they served such large portions that when my salad arrived, I realized it would be enough on its own, and I still had a main course coming! So I was thoroughly stuffed. The hotel's location is also excellent, with everything like shopping centers within walking distance. I was extremely satisfied, so I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed one night for a layover in Shymkent. The hotel was clean and the reception staff were friendly. There were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made the stay very convenient!

I took the parents and they were delighted, very clean, beautiful and the most important staff is good, and still time considers from the race, it is also a huge plus.

Since almost only men are in the mixed bath (it is said that they also stop by membership), it is recommended that women jump in at 8 o'clock in the morning.
