"We ended up in Shymkent unexpectedly after our flight from Thailand via the UAE was canceled, forcing us to quickly find other ways to get home. Our layover in Shymkent was only 19 hours, but we immediately decided to book the best hotel in the city. This particular hotel caught our eye because of its location, breakfast, and the cozy-looking rooms in the photos. We arrived at the hotel around 1 PM and were checked in right away. And we were so happy that the photos matched reality! The rooms are cozy, the linen is clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable... it was such a pleasure to rest on it after a long flight. We informed the reception that we would be checking out around 2:00-2:30 AM, and they prepared amazing lunch boxes for us. Each box contained (a boiled egg, various types of sausages, two types of cheese, omelet pieces, yogurt, cookies, mini muffins, white bread croutons, sauces), which was a really nice touch. The lunch boxes were a lifesaver on our journey! Now, if we ever pass through Shymkent again, it will only be this hotel!"

"What I liked most was that the hotel isn't run-down, and the cleanliness was a 10/10. If you're not staying long, 4 square meters will seem perfectly fine. Free tea and sugar are a nice bonus. It's a bit far from the airport, but taxis in Kazakhstan are inexpensive. The only minor issue was the slippers provided by the hotel, which aligns with local culture. However, if they're going to provide them, they should be new or disposable. I had the feeling many people had worn them before me. Overall, for one night at that price, I'd rate it 5 with a minus."

"The hotel's location is excellent, almost in the city center, making it convenient for work, dining, and exploring nearby. There's also a large supermarket close by, and a Mega store within a 20-minute walk. The hotel facilities are quite good and very clean. The front desk was easy to find, and breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that the room was a bit small."

"We were just passing through for one night. The hotel is gorgeous, and the service is excellent. They let us check in early (we had just gotten off a flight and were exhausted).
The room is spacious, has everything you need, and is very clean. There are towels, bathrobes, slippers, all the toiletries, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste.
The bed is huge and quite firm. We had a fantastic night's sleep.
We couldn't make it to breakfast in the morning, so they brought it to our room early (we requested it at 5 AM) completely free of charge. A huge thank you for their promptness and care!
I really liked the hotel.
By the way, it's located on a street with many currency exchange offices, about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby."

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes.
During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

💰High cost performance. (Under the same conditions in this city)
🏠The hotel is in a prime location. There is a bus stop downstairs. It is within walking distance to the Central Park.
🧑🤝🧑The reception staff has a professional and rigorous work attitude. They can communicate in English fluently. They are warm and friendly. You can check in quickly by showing your passport. (The train from Almaty arrived at the train station at more than five in the morning. The hotel was very early and was supposed to charge half a day's room fee, but in the end, the front desk lady said ”happy ny” on the first day of the new year. Our company invites you to stay for free👍🏿😄)
🚽The room is spacious and bright, the space is very large, clean and tidy, the interior and exterior are modern and exquisite, and the dry and wet are separated. The basic facilities are complete: elevator, TV, air conditioning, shower, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, bathrobe, water heater, table and chairs, recliner, as well as free instant tea and a bottle of mineral water.
🍚The cheapest room also has free breakfast👍🏿 Rich (vegetables, meat, desserts, fruits, porridge, etc.)
🍴The restaurant on the first floor is open until 3 am. It is very convenient to eat. The taste is also good. Although the handsome waiter has limited English communication, it is no problem to communicate through translation software. The recommended local pizza in Kazakhstan tastes very good.
💕Other things that may need attention or improvement:
🧖The sauna is closed.
🏋️The gym is a bit small and has fewer equipment. But free mineral water is provided.
