"Of the pluses: a beautiful clean hotel, with large rooms, bed, pillow and blanket comfortable for sleep. Arrived earlier (in the morning), settled without questions (no additional payment for early settling. Since they flew at night, didn't get to breakfast (which was on the tariff). I asked to gather us by the time of departure of lunch boxes. Everything did (cash warmed up, sandwiches, eggs, yogurt, apple, cheese, sausage, cheese, bakery). Full breakfast - thank you very much! Of the downsides: we had an extreme room on the floor, in the walls constantly heard the jungling of water, sewerage, bulk. Then I started to bruise the fridge, the air conditioner. We just turned off everything and went to bed. If you lived longer than one day, I would ask you to change the room. But we were so tired after two flights that we just fell asleep."

The decoration style of the hotel is very good, and the care is shown everywhere. A hotel that looks small on the outside, in fact, it has very complete facilities. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and the front desk and guest rooms on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor offers delicious meals and local beer🍺. The breakfast has rice, kimchi, omelette, yogurt, etc. It is very hearty. The decoration of the room is also very warm, the bed is comfortable to sleep. TV, air conditioning, and kettle are all available. For dinner, there are buns, Russian red soup, etc., which are more suitable for Chinese tastes. During the few days of staying, you basically enjoy one-to-one service, and the time set for breakfast and dinner will not delay your meal. The owner is Korean and very nice. Nikita, Camila, Merey, Allessya at the front desk are all good. Help call a car, help check information on the computer. There are relatively few Chinese in Shymkent, and the locals are mostly Russian or Kazakh.

Every time I go to Chimkent, I live in this hotel. The health, environment, service and facilities are very good. The breakfast is getting worse and worse than before. This time I stayed for a few days and the breakfast was not as good as one day.

We arrived at the hotel late at night. There were no problems with late check-in, ordered the room in 5 minutes. The room was clean, water, tea. Breakfast was included in the booking. Everything is very delicious, wonderful coffee 🙌

Для такой маленькой деревушки думаю владельцы сделали что смогли, единственное, что не понравилось это почти не работающий кондиционер, жара была сильная, даже установленные 16 градусов при режиме high или turbo обсолютно не помогли
